The only reason for less that 5 overall was due to the last year?s replacement transmission taking forever to arrive. This week?s service was on time. Wrangler was in perfect condition, and the new waiting area is beautiful!

Bad Service

I purchased a 2015 Dodge Journey on January 1st, 2020, today is February 19th, 2020 and have had so many issues with the car. 1st off I had to get an alignment the 1st week I had the car and get a head rest replaced after I contacted Supervisor Paul because the salesman Adrian would not try and fix the issues I was having with the car. He has a bad attitude only cares about his commission not the customer. This passed weekend as we drove the car it started to shake like it was going to shut down, when you turn the AC the car shakes and I have the Tire Pressure System needs service light on. Air has been put in tires and will not reset or turn off. I emailed Paul the supervisor 4 days ago and still have not received a response.

They don?t fix anything. They supposedly fix a vehicle but no repairs are done correctly

Great Experience!

Such a friendly and inviting atmosphere. I didn't feel pressured at all. By far, the best car buying experience I've had. They eared a life long customer. Tim helped us find the perfect Jeep.

Oil Change and Auto Start Function Appointment

An oil change with checking the auto start function turned into a 10 day process. I didn't mind it taking the 10 days; however the lack of communication from Dodge and the poor customer service when I did call to get an update is what was the problem. Unfortunately, I am not surprised by this because customer service has always been an issue with this dealership.
