Tried to upsell on multiple items that had no issues, brake job and tire sensor that did not need replacements (replaced already within last 6 months). Quoted next day turnaround and took another day to repair, and poor communications on the matter (bad at returned calls). At the end charged an additional fee of 50$ and wouldn’t remove as service agent was “out at lunch and not one that could do it”

Even though it was an over 2 hour drive for me, to the dealership, it was worth the trip and they have gain a brand loyal customer! We love Toby and Crown Buick!!
