Service department was absolute chaos when I went in for an oil change. They had construction going on at the time and nothing was done to make things easier for the customer. Cashier was a new employee and couldn't even find my car because the guy who serviced it was at lunch. Had to wait 20 minutes and eventually went to find it myself Was unable to use my $60 in rewards to help pay for my oilchange because I'm not really a computer user and no one could give me my account number. NOT happy today. I have used this service center before an was never unhappy until today.
