Salesperson was courteous and efficient. No high pressure sales tactics. One issue was resolved quickly.

I have been servicing my Terrain since I purchased it new in 2021. Kaitlin Dauzat has always handled our scheduling for service. She is very courteous, informative and exceeded all our expectations. Our salesman, Scott Sparks helped us with the purchase of our auto. It was during Covid and inventory was low but he came through. I have never experienced such a stress free process! I highly recommend both Kaitlin and Scott to everyone we know.

I bought a car form them and it has been a problem for me from day one and the cardealership and staff are horrible and they haven't tried to solve it I've taken the car back to them over half a dozen times in eight months of having purchased it .best advice for anyone who is thinking about getting a new or used car don't waste your money or time with crown they are dishonest and immoral con- man
