New Ram
This is my second purchase from Hendrick. They found me the exact truck I wanted, Laramie Crew Cab with the long bed and air suspension. They have a great trade in on my 2015 Ram and a terrific price on the 2017. The entire transaction was very smooth and drama free.

I've had such great buying experiences at Hendrick Dodge Chrysler Ram in Hoover. I've bought 5 cars from here. 2 new and 3 used. James has helped me with my last 2 purchases and I couldn't be happier. I asked for a nice 4 cyl car, within my budget, that I could get and put my daughter on the car note, to help build her credit. James found us a great car with no haggling. She loved it! Drove smooth, lots of extras, and NO ACCIDENTS. While we were waiting on financing and insurance info, he had the car serviced, detailed, waxed, gassed up and ready to go. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with the service there. Always great!

A Well Managed Marketing Process
We have been a Jeep Grand Cherokee family for more than forty years and thought this might be the year to test/purchase another brand (Lincoln). We in fact did purchase a Lincoln MK series and drove it for 6,000 miles(not a bad automobile just not up to JEEP standards) before we realized the mistake. Historically driving the fully equipped Jeep GC Overland nothing we have experienced in more than sixty years of driving meets the standard of the JEEP experience. Explaining this to Joel Watson and working through different possibilities, he and later his associate McKenna Anderson, were able to offer several 'solutions' to help us back out of our mistake and back into the JEEP fold. The experience was professional, zero traditional pressure, well structured starting with a 'needs' discussion, followed with alternative opportunities, and financial realities, all of which led to the purchase without any of the typical buyer remorse. It is obvious to a professional that Hendricks has spent front end time training their personnel to 'be different' from the norm, and clearly both Joel and McKenna are practicing their trade well. Clearly I understand that Hendricks is in business to earn a profit and they do it well! Will I/would I purchase anther vehicle from Joel/McKenna, you bet!

It was a smooth and easy experience after finding the right. Corey B. was very knowledgable, kind, and not pushy. He was patient and helped us to find the exact requirements in a truck that we wanted. He didn’t try to push any old vehicle off on us. We got exactly what we wanted.
