I looked for months reviewing all Infinti QX4's available around DFW. When I found out Delta Autogroup was right by my house I decided to stop by. I went right through the door told Robert I was there to look at some SUV's and he said go for it. I looked over numerous SUV's and he told me all about the carfax reports and what info he had on the car. No pressure at all. I came back two weeks later and bought the nice low mileage car after doing some more homework. Easy no b.s. process. Buy the car as is with no warranty and roll on down the road. I will go back for sure. Thanks Robert

"I don't care if you buy from us or not!"
That was what Robert the Manager told me when I complained that they had not even begun to look at a problem with the SUV I wanted to purchase. Robert first told me the sunroof on the vehicle wouldn't work because "it had some leaves stuck in it". Three days later, on the day I was scheduled to make the purchase, they had done nothing to fix the sunroof (as agreed). When I pressed Robert on the reason they had not even looked at the problem, he told me I should apply for a job there since I thought I could do it better than him -- The first true statement he made to me.

Dear Mr. Jeep Buyer, This dealership did not conduct any Business with you, You did not buy a vehicle from us,nor even put a deposit on one, we do not fix anything on site, the vehicle in question was at the Chrysler dealer for the repair and we have no control over them. You should not press people (as you said), cause we do our very best to accommodate our customers in every possible way. We understand your frustration but its out of our control. Thank You.
