Stay Away from Delta Autogroup
I bought a car from Delta (Mike) that had a broken door handle which he said he will fix. The part was ordered and I found out later that someone was coming over to install it. Before purchasing the car, I took the car to a professional which checked the car and the only thing they mentioned that was broken was the door handle. They tested all door locks and hatch, etc.. and all was working. I bought the car at 6PM that day and Mike said that the guy is coming to install the door handle late that night. We left (Our) car there and picked it up two days after. The door handle was replaced but now every other doors and the hatch except the door they fixed, would not lock or unlock. After few rounds of back and forth to their shop they didn't fix it or take responsibility. Basically told me that I bought the car as is. When I bought the car (as is) the doors were working and they broke it by fixing the door handle. I took the car to a dealer and 4 actuators need to be replaced totaling $2150. I would not do business with them ever.

** Vehicle was taken by the customer to be checked by their own professional mechanic. ** Vehicle received a clean bill of health except for the outside mechanical door handle. ** A brand new door handle was installed on the outside of the door; no electrical components were tampered with. ** There was no work performed on any of the doors mentioned. ** Vehicle was checked by customer prior taking delivery and all was operational. ** Customer declined any kind of warranty during the purchase. ** We checked the vehicle as a courtesy for our customer. ** We always go out of our way to care of our customers and we delivered a 100% functional vehicle , what happened was out our hands as we delivered what we promised.
Fantastic Car-Buying Experience
Mike is awesome. He's very relaxed and helpful - like working with a good friend. The car I bought was/is a beautiful Lincoln LS and the price was equally beautiful. Though this was my first car purchase, this is not the first dealership I've been to, and here there was no hassle or pressure to buy. Mike was very upfront about the car (and another one I looked at) and had both a CARFAX and AutoCheck available. Thanks to Mike and Delta AutoGroup for the car and customer service! It was great working with you guys!

does not keep it words
bought car 35days ago their were some problems with the car things need fixing said they would waited untilllll, i made my first payment now they dont want to honor what mike said mike is the owner/manger he said several times he would call back never do. so if something wrong with car/truck make them fix it before driving off their lot. man these peolpes tell you lies after lies. who ever gave them 5 stars were blind or they wrote them their self belive me they are not honest at all.

Mr Stillhill, We offered to change your light bulb several times but you did not want to bring in the vehicle. You placed a call to the financial institution that loaned you the money for the vehicle not us , as we do not finance our vehicles and have no control over your payments. Again , a light bulb is something very common and should not take away from the great deal you got. Thank you.
Audis
Buyers beware when purchasing Audis from this or any other dealership for that matter. People trade these cars in when timing belt service is due, and they are sold many times at auction and bought by small used car dealerships such as this one. They are sold as-is without necessary repairs and are ticking timebombs. If timing belts break in an audi engine, it destroys the engine, costing thousands of dollars (many times more than the sell price of the car) to replace the engine. ALWAYS ask for documentation of timing belt replacement. I'm not saying this is a bad dealership, but I do know they currently have 2 Audis in their warehouse for sale that are both due or overdue for this service, with no documentation of the service. Timing belt/water pump replacement at the Audi dealership can run up to $3500. Do not buy without this understanding. On the other hand, I did visit their showroom and they do have some very nice vehicles. Just do your due diligence and research before purchasing anything.

But your review belongs on an AUDI forum not on ours, you are 100% correct about timing belts in general ( on any make ) but we never claim that a service has been done unless it is !! Honest, comfortable and NOT PUSHY!!!
This has been the smoothest, most comfortable car-buying experince ever! Everyone at Delta Auto was friendly and very accomodating. There was no pressure at all (unlike most car dealerships). I bought a beautiful BMW X3!! Definetely recommend! Thank you Delta Auto Group!!

After waiting two days for info on my trade-in I told them to forget it. A salesman named Mike acted like he could sheve a git whether he sells a car or not. Move on to a dealer with good people.

Great Place!
I bought my VW Jetta GLI a couple weeks ago. Mike is such a honest and straightforward guy. He recommended me to do a pre-buy inspection on that car. The car itself is in great condition and fair price except a few common problems for used cars. I'm driving and loving it! I will recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to buy a used car fairly and smoothly!
