I’ve bought many cars at various dealerships over the past 10 years, and I must say working with Piero at Jack Daniels VW Paramus has exceeded all other experiences. He is nothing like a typical sales person and is so easy to work with. He will be sure to change your perspective on the car buying experience and will absolutely make you laugh!! Piero and the the sales manager, Greg, got us a killer deal on a 19 Jetta S too! From the second we walked into the door to finalizing the paperwork with the Finance Manager, Jaime (who was also the best I’ve ever worked with), it was a 10 out of 10 overall!

I personally dread stepping foot inside any and all auto dealerships because of the hassling experience you can assume to expect. Piero proved me wrong and set the standard for how far buying can and SHOULD be. My fiancé and I spent the morning laughing and hanging out with Piero and it felt the furthest from a business transaction. We left feeling great about our experience. Amazing service, we did most of the work via phone and email so pretty much went there to sign and drive which is great when you have kids. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. They answered all questions and were very transparent which is great because I don't have time for games.
