amazing

From the minute I stepped foot into the dealership I was greeted with a friendly and kind staff. I was unsure of what I wanted and had many questions. Ansoni made sure to answer any question I had and eased any worries I might have had. He wasn’t a pushy sales person who just wanted to make a quick buck. He made sure I was comfortable with my decision before I signed anything. I would recommend this dealership to all my family and friends. Ansoni was a kind, knowledgeable, amazing person!

Kevin Sai was the salesman I worked with at the Jack Daniels, location. He was very courteous and extremely helpful. He worked with me in making sure the monthly car payments were affordable and were within my budget and for this I was very appreciative. More then 3 weeks for a loaner ?

I went in to schedule service for a car that I purchased from jack Daniels 3 months ago it is brand new. They told me I should request a loaner because they might need it for a few days. This isn’t a problem however the issue is causing damage to my car for me to continue driving the vehicle. The dealership told me it’s over a 3 week wait for a loaner vehicle? How is that acceptable? If your dealership offers loaners it should be able to accommodate the needs of your customers in a timely fashion. The jack daniels name is a large dealer in the area and to cheap out in this area of customer service when your obviously doing very well is sad.

We have a large fleet of loaner vehicles available. Like many other dealerships in the area loaners may not be immediately available, however we do our best to accommodate our customers in a timely fashion.

2014 VW Passat

Came a long distance to buy this car. So far, so good. Good experience with Elvis and the team. The customer experience can be improved: the parking lot is very small and difficult at times. As you step in the showroom, a pleasure. A very important item I’m still waiting for: the owner’s manual.

Transparency in approach to sales? You bet!

2nd time buying from Elvis at JackDanielsVW and eminently satisfied with the service and approach to sales. It is refreshing to see commission based sales that is done without high pressure tactics and in a transparent approach. The only niggling complaint would be the insistence on running through the various options of add on insurance/protection, not a value add when you know what you want. Overall great choice for a new or used car.

Smooth sale

My experience was very simple. I went in the dealership, was greeted right away by🤷🏽???Forgot her name. She sent a salesman out who introduced himself as Piero. Piero asked me how he could help and gave me options. I selected my car and we sealed the deal. A very no nonsense purchase. And the Cherry on top was Justin who custom handled the financial portion of the sale. Extremely satisfied, Cathie

Customer Service problems - My Issues haven't been resolved

I recently purchased a Tiguan from this dealer. I was happy with the sales experience and even wrote a good review. However, when it came time to receive our registration, plates, and inspection, I encountered many issues with this dealership's customer service that I need to share here, as no one from the dealership has responded to my calls or emails for over 3 weeks now. First, the salesman who helped us when we picked up our plates & registration couldn't install our front plate because the dealership did not install a front bracket on our car. I asked if I would receive a ticket or get pulled over for driving without one, and he assured me I wouldn't. He then installed our back plate incorrectly and hastily- he seemed to be in a rush- and it fell off while driving home from the dealership- I had to get out and retrieve it then reinstall it properly. Then, the following morning, I received two tickets- one for having no front plate, and the other for an expired temporary inspection sticker. When I received the second ticket I realized Jack Daniels also gave me a temp inspection sticker that was already expired! I immediately had to go get my car inspected to avoid another ticket, even though its a brand new car, which I didn't have time to do that day. Huge inconvenience. I still couldn't get the front plate installed at this point because my local dealership did not have a bracket and the part had to be ordered. While waiting, I received a third ticket for having no front plate. I received over $200 in tickets in a few days based on this dealerships errors- I've left them countless messages (for general manager, manager, & sales team) and they haven't even returned my calls or emails to make it right. I'm simply asking for them to pay the tickets, and they've all brushed me off and ignored my requests. On principle, I'm very surprised and disappointed that they will not make this right. Don't expect this dealership to care about you or any issues you have after a sale.

Great experience buying Golf GTI

Great experience buying a 2018 Golf GTI from Jack Daniels in Fair Lawn. Very straightforward process working with Mike Caropolo and Greg King. Got a good price for my trade in and also on my new car.
