We went to buy a used car for my daughter.
We went to buy a used car for my daughter. I co-signed and her Dad put $3000.00 down. After spending 4 hours at the dealership we discovered when we got home that the down payment wasn?t recorded! Also they never told us the interest rate. We had to search for it. Poor customer service! This dealership is about 50 miles away and now we have to go back!

Brought my brand new truck here to repair a non working
Brought my brand new truck here to repair a non working AC. Was told to drive with in in LO all the time and come back if it got too hot. Back again for 3rd time and service says I was never previously there because they failed to put their own notes in system. I had appointment but 60 cars ahead of me because they are overbooked. !! Horrible.

I had a 4:15 appointment for an oil change,they didn’t
I had a 4:15 appointment for an oil change,they didn’t start until 5:15 I was told that they were running behind they should have told me that when I got there. I ask one of the guys why they didn’t start on my truck he told me that he was not the one helping me,at least he could of check why they didn’t start on my vehicle
