Great Dealership!

I went to JT'S to purchase a new car for my wife. We decided on the Optima. We had a great salesman and the management and finance department made our experience that much better. I wanna personally thank Doug Sanders and Brittany Gadson for helping us.WE LOVE JT'S KIA.

Always treated right

We have bought 2 Kia Souls. We have enjoyed both . When we take our Souls in for regular maintenance , then are always friendly and helpful with any questions we have. We have recommended JT's to friends and they have bought cars from there. I haven't heard any complaints from them.

Excellent Service

I had a great experience at JTs Kia. Their financing office did a great job of helping me find the best financing options for my situation and I drove away in the perfect car. I will be going back there for all of my car's maintenance. I previously purchased a used car from Carmax, but I'm glad I went to JTs Kia instead. I walked away with a better deal and more knowledge about the financing process than I had before. HIGHLY recommend!

Kia Rio

This is the 2nd car I've purchased from JT's Kia! The payments were right where I wanted them with none of the usual car sales games that usually go along with buying a car, Shaun took great care of me both times I bought. Service dept. is professional and very thorough, great perks with the loyalty program.

Great Service!

I've never had an issue with taking my car to get repaired here. The service performed by the guys here is always fast and done well. Plus they're always nice and you can tell they want to make sure that you are taken care of. I taken my car here multiple times and have no desire to change service centers. Thanks guys!

fast....friendly...efficient

Humiliated

I never write reviews , but on this occasion I must. Needless to say as a person a woman at that who has been through a divorce and still trying to improve my credit I have never been more humiliated in my life expected a little more. I was reminded on multiple occasions that I could not get what I wanted it because of my bad credit. Ultimately they ended up selling the car to my current husband whom has better credit than me.....because I guess it is a mans world after all!
