Librarian

The waiting area was clean with coffee and snacks available for clients. There was a charging station for cell phone users. The service department was friendly and polite. They were very helpful. They explained the services they provided. Great service.

brought car in for 30,000 mile service. Items were

brought car in for 30,000 mile service. Items were all taken care of satisfactorily. I still need to speak with Eric regarding the adjustment to the headlights. It still appears to not illuminate far enough in front of the car. I do a lot of night driving and this issue is critical. Although I was advised the lights were adjusted and that they are "self leveling", this issue persist. Therefore it is paramount that I obtain resolution to this concern.

We had a very good experience . The service work was done very promptly and wait time was minimal. Reggie , our service adviser was very courteous . We were really impressed with the up grades to the waiting area. the new chairs were great!

The absolute worst ever

I originally went in because I say a vehicle online that I wanted. I got there and they had me convinces that my vehicle was extremely dangerous for me and my children. Anyways he said we can get you in a car today. I said ok. I was not given any option or any choice and was told we can put you in this brand new kia, I was skeptical. But I was scared to drive my car. They told me that my payments would be one thing and then within a week they called me and increased my payments by over 100 dollars a month. I called there regarding my check engine light coming on and I was told to take it to Galeana. I did and they were very helpful. Jts is very shady, pushy and down right dishonest. I was stuck in a car I hate!!!
