Awesome Experience
My husband and I were out browsing cars on a beautiful afternoon, not looking to buy but gathering ideas for a future purchase. We came upon JT Kia and was met with a wonderful staff that made you feel right at home. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and explained the "ins" and outs" of their current offers in a clear and professional manner. Long story short, we left that evening with a 2017 Kia Sorento. It was truly an amazing experience and we would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. Special shoutout to our salesperson, Valerie Bellini for helping us make a great purchase.

Efficient and thorough
I can honestly say, this is the one and only car dealership service center that I don't mind spending anytime bringing my car in for service. Why? The waiting room area alone is comfortable and relaxing. There is nice complimentary coffee and snacks as well as a charging station for any electronics you may have. Most of all, I like the fact that the service department not lonely services my car within a timely fashion BUT they let me know of any alerts/recalls at hand. That's very comforting and good to acknowledge and know so I can plan to have it upgraded/corrected or schedule for another appointment if needed. They are thinking for the consumer and that's refreshing!!!!

Emergency repair
After experiencing a blowout on 77 South we were towed to JTs . There the staff were excellent in getting a new tire on our car and getting us back on the road with minimal downtime. They truly made what was a bad day for us seem a little better

Terrell Shaw MY SALES AGENT AT JT'S KIA
I wanted to tell you about my sales man at JT'S KIA!! I have to say I have never experienced a wonderful vehicle buying experience like working with Terrell Shaw. I really bought 2 SORENTOS from him. I bought my 1 st Lia Sorento L 2016 in September of 2015. I had such a great time with Terrell that It was so smooth. I then decided to up grade since I loved my SUV but wanted more up grades. Sun roof, leather interior and more buttons to push. Ha! Ha! I called Terrell and told him I wanted to trade up and told him it would be 2 or 3 weeks before I could actually get to him and trade up. He told me that would be fine and when I was ready just call him and we would get my trade done. I am proud of him because he listened. What I mean is he did not push me or hurry me up. He asked me about what I wanted to get into once I traded and he would look and keep an eye out for me when I told him my time of 2 or 3 weeks. He called to ask me about what I wanted like in the middle of the time frame and never was like hurry hurry come on already. Lol! That is way I had such a great experience at JT'S. I called him when I was ready and I got with Terrell and we looked at all the vehicles until I was satisfied with the one I wanted and picked. I then told him I would be back the next day to trade and drive off in my new SUV! I just think about JT'S every time I am in my ride comfortable and so very happy. I just wanted to say Hello people in South Carolina that would love to own a KIA then go to JT'S KIA off of I-77 on Killian Road in North East Columbia. They have great Sales Agents and I got to say the service department is wonderful 2!!! I take my husbands Genesis there 2! I may be picky but I only trust KIA for my KIA and my Genesis 2!!! Every time I stop in I feel like home. Hello to all KIA owners you know when you are driving. ??? Thanks again Terrell I will see you soon! ??
