Nearly impossible to reach on phone. They don't publish their email addresses. Car has been there 4x for warrantee work, twice supposedly fixed (it wasn't) and the other two times "couldn't find anything wrong"

Great service from a service advisor at Jim Bone
Last Saturday my wife and I took our Kia Telluride 2021 in for servicing. Our service advisor there, Nicole Scott, is an excellent representative for your dealership. She is welcoming, knowledgable, polite, ... just about everything one would want in an employee. We left with such a positive "vibe" from the experience that we hope to work with her again.

I have been trying for 24hours to get a price for a air
I have been trying for 24hours to get a price for a air conditioning compressor. I've talked to service then parts then back to service coordinator Lori. Then she's tells me you don't talk to me and parts says you don't talk to me they keep transferring me from one recording to another to leave a message . Because no one answers their phones then no one calls me back when I leave a message for twenty four hours til I call back again. It's been 24 hours I still can't get a price from anyone at the dealer I just get phone recordings. This is really messed up I can't get one simple price and labor cost.

Terrible Sales Manager - Illegal business practice
Where to start... We bought a Kia Carnival during COVID which we knew wouldn't be a great experience, but nothing could have prepared us for the TERRIBLE customer service. We were told if we didn't purchase a car THAT WE RESERVED, that day, the 'sales manager' would sell it to his neighbor for a higher price. He said we can't get a lower sales price because that would mean he would have to call everyone else who paid more and give them money back. Yeah, we know that is a lie and not true. RED FLAG #1 After that threat they said they showed me the total price with financing at 1.9%. We agreed to the price, we signed, the sales person signed, so we THOUGHT we would get 1.9% financing. After the 'sales manager' said he would give us a great deal on service packages or extended warranty, we found out his GREAT DEAL was offering an extended warranty for $7223. Sounds like a great deal, right????? RED FLAG #2 The best part came during dealing with this 'sales manager'. I was called 'Stupid', 'dumb', and was told 'I didn't understand the value of a dollar'. The best part is after I said no to the over $7k extended warranty, suddenly my financing rate went to 2.49% and the sales manager SHREDDED ALL THE PAPERWORK THAT SAID 1.9%. RED FLAG #3 THIS IS NOT ONLY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES BUT ALSO ILLEGAL. I will never do business with any Jim Bone dealership ever again.

This review is for the service department
This review is for the service department. I booked my Stinger GT1 for an oil change - quoted online at $59.99 at 1pm. I arrived at 5 til and the service writer didn’t have any of my information and booked me for 1:15 - quoted me for an hour. He also said it was going to be around $120 because it takes synthetic. This should be reflected in the online appointment system. Why can’t that be dynamic? I usually go to Ball Kia in San Diego and my oil changes are $92. Jim Bone Kia was unable to price match that. I was also able to have a shuttle from Ball Kia (2 months ago). No shuttle here at Jim Bone. I will not be returning to Jim Bone based on my service experience.

Great car buying experience.
Great buying experience. David, my salesman patiently listened to all my concerns. No pressure. I sold cars at one time so I assured him that he had a sale if we could get past my issues. Some credit issues. Fiinance was able to get it done.

BAD services, not what you expected DO NOT BUY
Scam and not very helpful. Don't buy from them. I bought KIA Sportage after I leased from them 3 years in July 24th, 2020. I paid them cash total of $25,138.76. They didn't even take care of my registration fee/license plate and did mistake with my address. Don't take responsibility nothing. It's been 6 months driving without license plate. And I have to paid extra time to DMV and $23 for what?? DON'T BUY CAR FROM KIA JIM BONE

I absolutely love my new Kia! The staff was very helpful and possesses excellent customer service skills! Highly recommend! The process was easy and the paperwork was much faster than I expected.
