Our family has purchased three vehicles from Jim Bone Kia. Dan was our amazing salesman for the first two, but when he wasn't available the last time we went in, Roger helped us. He was so enthusiastic and worked hard to find us what we were looking for. We really appreciated the way we were treated. Not only was the staff professional and helpful, but the Kia Sportage we bought was in a class by itself. None of the other vehicles we test drove by other manufacturers (supposedly comparable to the Sportage) even came close to having the comfort, power, style or number of amenities as the Sportage. We are so happy with our new vehicle--we will be spreading the word about the great experience we had!

Optima purchase

Jonathan helped me with my first new car purchase. He knows his business and made it easy to buy. He kept it simple and easy and made a fair deal for me. Ive been to car dealerships before and have always had the stereotypical experience that you hear about so im happy to say this was not the case. Talk to Jonathan if you go there.

It was the easiest experience I have ever had in purchasing/leasing an automobile. The price was incredible and I didn't have to haggle or walkout and come back or even go visit another competitor.

Need more education if sales persons

We bought a Kia Soul EV. Our sales person was not properly educated on the car. Great guy but, Lots of missteps. Bright note he worked very hard to make each missstep work out.

Car buying experience

I came to Kia to buy a car. There associates were amazing. I walked up and was immediately was greeted. Very professional, easy to talk to, and answered all my questions. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a car!

Consumer Fraud - Zero Rating

Jim Bone Kia sold me a car and represented that it had never been in an accident. A CARFAX was obtained before the signing which demonstrated that the vehicle had, in fact, been in an accident. I was told that the CARFAX would be in the paperwork I received after I signed the purchase agreement. The CARFAX was not there. I requested it by phone on t 3 separate occasions and in numerous e-mails and faxes. I am current on my financing payments, but told Jim Bone that I would stop payment on part of my down payment (a $3000 check) if they did not respond to me. They did not respond and just took my car from my driveway alleging that they had a right to take it. The only lienholder is the financing company, not Jim Bone Kia. Then Jim Bone admitted that the vehicle had been in an accident and in an arrogant responded "so what." Well, I would have never purchased the vehicle had I known that it was in an accident and it has no resale value because I have to disclose that the vehicle was in an accident before I owned it. There was also a dispute as to what the salesperson told me was the price and what the manager said the price was as there was no sign on the vehicle. They offered the salesperson's price which was $4,000 less, but that I had to buy the vehicle then to receive the discount. I told the salesperson in writing that I could not afford a payment greater than $200 per month. My payment is approximately $350 per month. They also had my sister and me drive a Mercedes convertible. When we came back, we were told the payments were over $700 per month. They also had me come back to test drive a Volkswagen convertible - knowing that I could only afford $200 per month. The monthly payments on that vehicle were over $500. Prior to this time, the Sales Manager encouraged me to come in and promised that they could do something "special" for me." This amounts to bait and switch. If you decide to purchase a vehicle from any of Jim Bone's dealerships, be cautious. He lives and works in our community but it seems that "making a deal" is more important to him that "serving the community with integrity and honor.

Excellent experinece at Jim Bone Nissan with Preston Linder

I purchased a used 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe from Jim Bone Nissan yesterday. This car was for my daughter, who was with us as well as my wife. Our sales person was Preston Lindner, who was absolutely excellent. Preston was not only very courteous to me, but treated my wife and daughter as if they were family. Preston never even hinted at any pressure to buy the car, and if anything, I finally said that we wanted to buy it after the demo ride and further inspection, and Preston just casually led us through the purchasing process. Preston was very knowledgeable of the vehicle, and simply answered any questions we had very straight forward. After it was confirmed that we would purchase the car, Preston had the car professionally detailed while we went through the closing of the transaction. When we finally finished, the car was waiting for us at the dealership front door, and it looked absolutely brand new - we were incredibly impressed. Overall, our experience with Jim Bone Nissan and Preston was first class and we'll be recommending them to our friends and family who are looking for cars.
