Thomas was extremely helpful and informative and motivated. His protege needs all elements, aspects, details, wide-ranging thoroughness to complete the tasks required to sell an auto.

excellent customer service. It is such a wonderful job on my car. I highly recommend them they take their time. They did not rush you. They answer all the questions that you have they recommend things that you need on your car or van or SUV or whatever car you have but they did not push you on getting the extra that you don’t want done they try to keep the price down as much as they can. I always leave very very happy

It took over 2 months for my car to be fixed. My car was broken into because the car was unlocked. My son’s wallet was stolen. The glove box, center console and seat pockets had all item pulled out and thrown on the car floor. Manager is overwhelmed and did really address the issue or solve the problem. I am still waiting to hear back.

We had a very good experience at Jim Bone. Adrian was great. No hard sell. Lots of information and willing to work within our budget. Ro, who set up the lease, was very helpful too. We’d definitely go back.

My car went into Jim bone Kia in January 20 26 and I didn’t get it back until the end of March. I had to constantly call them and ask when my car was gonna be ready. They didn’t have enough workers that could work on a hybrid vehicle. And it took forever. No one ever knew what was going on with my car and I never could get straight answers. Then when I finally got my car back, it still needed an oil change. They didn’t even take care of all the maintenance that it needed.

The service advisor, Steven, was a big improvement over the previous young woman that was there previously (in October and April of last year). He was very professional and courteous. Please continue this level of service.

They have always been really nice and efficient. My one complaint is that my steering wheel is cracked on the left side. The service advisor took pictures and sent them off to the warranty department. She called me yesterday to say that warranty refused the claim saying, basically, the damage is from my wedding ring. That's just ridiculous. This car isn't even two years old. I've been wearing that wedding ring for close to 30 years and have not had a problem with any of my other vehicles. Shame on you.
