absolute best car buying experience i have ever had. No pressure tactics, no games, and Eric Finion was the absolute best salesperson. Helped me get the car i wanted at the price i could afford. really can't say enough good things about this dealership.

Do not buy a car here. One day after we purchased a used car, it began misfiring. We wanted to simply give the car back, why would we purchase a car with a preexisting condition? Jack Webb stated, "sorry, you bought a used car". Showed me some bogus inspection from months ago stating no issues. We had the car HOURS and the misfiring started. Avoid is you want to buy from a reputable dealer that will stand behind their product.

We’re sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your experience, and we would like to take a moment to clarify the facts regarding this transaction. You purchased the vehicle—a 2015 Audi—as a used vehicle with no warranty, opted out of optional service contracts and the sale was completed as a cash transaction with tax collection. The purchase was made sight unseen from Massachusetts, and the deal had been fully finalized for several days prior to any issues being reported. All documentation was completed and payment received in full before the vehicle left our possession. We arranged to deliver the vehicle to your son in Indiana. The vehicle was driven a significant distance, almost 3 hours, with no reported issues at the time of delivery or immediately afterward. Several days later, you reached out regarding a misfiring concern. While the vehicle was sold as-is, we nonetheless agreed to assist with repair costs. We issued a check for $802.4 as courtesy in good faith, which was cashed by you on March 31st, to help cover those repairs. As discussed in previous correspondence and agreement by your party. We are committed to providing honest and transparent service, and we believe this transaction was handled both fairly and professionally. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation. That said, we do not accept returns on used vehicles once a sale has been finalized, especially after the vehicle has been driven extensively and transported out of state.

Was looking for a newer used car, was going to pick one of two. Bob Driver my salesman showed me another and I went with that one. Great experience, no rush, understood my guild lines. If you want to buy a car Bob is a great....thumbs up!!

I recently purchased an Vehicle from Packey Webb Ford, and my initial experience with the dealership was overwhelmingly positive. However, after a few months, I realized that the vehicle I purchased did not suit my lifestyle. When I reached out to the dealership to express my concerns and inquire about selling the vehicle back, the level of service I had previously received completely changed. Communication became frustratingly inconsistent—I was told one thing over the phone, only to be met with a completely different response when I arrived in person. It genuinely felt like the dealership was putting up unnecessary hurdles to make it difficult for me to sell the car back. My family and I were made to feel unwelcome, with noticeable stares and distant chatter from several sales representatives. Based on how dramatically the service shifted once I mentioned selling the car, I would not recommend this dealership.
