We were and have been very happy w/ our Yukon we bought. There was a small reflector missing from a door. Our salesman assured us when we came back to pick up the car that it would be replaced. When we came to pick up the car it had not been replaced. I asked about it & our salesman promised to send it right away in the mail. We did eventually receive it & our license plates but it took a bit of nagging. But overall I would say it was a good experience & felt honestly dealt with.

After searching through options of vehicles, we finally decided on the exact car we wanted for our family. Kellen and the Shamrock Group was really the only dealer out of literally dozens we worked with in both Utah and Idaho who heard us and went to work finding the exact vehicle. His communication and follow-up was exceptional and he did everything he could to make the buying process east and actually pleasant. He even drove our new vehicle to the Salt Lake airport to deliver it to me as I flew into town. We struck gold w/ Shamrock!!

The car we got was the best priced that we found. We even had another dealership tell us to go to Shamrock if that was the price we could get from them. Our salesperson, Kellen, was wonderful. He could go to wits with my 13 year-old son and made us feel comfortable. This was by far the fastest process that I have ever been through in buying a car. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Kellen was very nice and a pleasure to work with. We really appreciated his honestly and straight-forwardness with us. We also appreciated the kid friendly environment in the office.

First of all, Kellen was just awesome. I had such a different situation with my current vehicle and he told me exactly what to do to make it happen. He was patient, understanding, professional, & HONEST! Which is very refreshing, considering I was burned with my past 2 vehicles. I seriously will buy every vehicle I ever get through them.
