After MISERABLE experiences with big dealers, I tried Shamrock Group to see about getting help on an upside-down loan on a car I loathed driving. From the very first contact, I knew this was going to be a different (and better!) experience. Kellen was amazing. He put the loan information through the credit union I requested, and after a horrific time trying to get the big dealer to give in on their broken promises, Kellen had held the car I was interested in. During a week long process of getting thing straightened out, Kellen was texting or calling every day to see if there was anything he could help with. He told me exactly how to phrase things for the big dealership people in order to "speak their language." Thanks to his advice, things finally got resolved. When I went in to sign with Kellen, he had everything ready for me, and Brady hung out with us after hours to get the deal done. They gave me fabulous trade on my other car and a steal on a very gently used Prius. I'm pretty sure they would do anything for the "little guy", so if there is a car you want contact Shamrock and I bet they can get it or arrange a way to find it for you! No more big dealerships for me; I'm going with Shamrock all the way! This was a wonderful buying experience, made easier by the people (Kellen, Brady, etc.) that actually cared about me, what I wanted, and did everything they could to help me get it. Best car-buying experience ever!!! I'd do it again tomorrow!

Kelen was very helpful and it was very reassuring that he would be there for any help w/ our warranty if we needed it. He made us feel very comfortable and was very kind to our children when we first came in. That means a lot as a parent.

I think I must have been Kellen's most paranoid buyer ever! I had never bought a vehicle out of state/ sight unseen. To say the least I was really nervous! Kellen answered every concern, sent me lots of photos and told me he could transport the car to me. I have my 2012 Acadia now, it's beautiful and I love it! It is everything he said it was. I would recommend checking with him if you want a great used car at a fair price.
