Bad employees
My father who is a 32 year veteran pilot, and had a stroke in Iraq, and they knew that, anyway my dad's tires were going flat all the time so he brought it to the dealer long story short my dad was right they were wrong about the tire, one of the managers was screaming at my dad and slammed the car door shut, my dad then left and came back they told him he was not aloud here anymore you have to go to somewhere in mass, ibelieve his name was Tom very unprofessional, so my dad went to Lexus where he bought a car from and they are nice people at Lexus and my dad asked who's in charge so he got the main guy at inskip explained what was going on and he gave my father two new tires the man was a complete gentleman. And respected that my father is a retired colonal with combat experience. So we got the new tires and like my dad was saying the ailinment was off in the front and back, it's why the tires were going bald so fast. Also some tough guy manager was screaming at my dad his name is Jef I believe. Real tough guy picking on a 72 year old veteran.and was wrong. Very unprofessional and should be fired, Tom also.

Another great service
Mostly a state inspection but several smart recommendations were made. Great service that was done well. My clean car was ready on time and with a thorough explanation of everything that was done.

Excellent service
Went in to trade a vehicle in and buy a used vehicle. Sales associate William Wise greeted me and made the process very easy. Him and the sales manager Jef Furnaro made the whole process a great experience. I would absolutely recommend anyone to this dealer to purchase a vehicle.

Warwick Infiniti is the place to go
Our service technician. Sergio Vaz is the best...great scheduling, prompt service. This is my second Infiniti, and I would absolutely purchase a third. Steve in sales is equally awesome!
