I always dreaded going to a car dealership as a single

I always dreaded going to a car dealership as a single woman. But this time what a huge difference. Bill Wise couldn't be more professional, straight forward, easy going with presure. Plus his knowledgeable on the Infiniti brands was able to answered many questions I will certainly enjoy driving my new ride in South Carolina.

Cameras on my Infiniti were no longer working.

Cameras on my Infiniti were no longer working. They charged me $177.00 to perform a diagnostic on the car. They still didn't fix it. Offered me an Uber to get home instead of a rental car because they needed to do further diagnostic work to figure out the problem. No thanks!! I asked them to just check the motor that operates the camera to see if it was working properly. That required further diagnostic work. I think they don't know what they're doing. It would end up costing me another $177.00 to further diagnose the problem. And if it is the camera motor, I was told that would cost $2,400.00. They are a total rip-off.

Salesman Bill was knowledgeable easy going low pressure. He let the car sell itself. Finance Manger Brenda was personable and smooth, seamless experience. Sale manager "car guy" took time to just "talk cars" (not sell). Overall a great experience ending with a great purchase.

They made the deal work!

They made the deal work! Was a long drive but we'll worth it. Tom was awesome the minute I met him. He was able to get the deal put together before making my trip to RI from Northern CT. Seamless transaction. New tires new this and that. Only downfall which is not fault of theirs, the back breaks had approx. 1k miles left on them. But doesn't hurt review!
