First Experience with Infinity Dealership

This was my first experience with this dealership and the service tech Rob was very pleasant and helpful. He walked us through the service options and assisted with transfer of warranty.

Great service

Awesome dealership the service tex Ronald Antonucci put all cards on the table as far as what the service and fees was going to be. Also coffee and snack. Heck the salesman as well was very helpful. Would definitely will go back when ready for another car uses or new

I have had two Infiniti's and always serviced at INFINITI

I have had two Infiniti's and always serviced at INFINITI of Warwick attended by both Ron and Sergio at different times. Knowledgeable, Efficient, Courteous are the adjectives that describe them. Beyond the front desk, the auto mechanics do a great job the first time. I have never had the need to complain about their work. If there is to be another automobile in my future, it will be an Infiniti from INFINITI of Warwick.

If there was no star I would of picked that.

If there was no star I would of picked that. My car is still in service for 2 months. It has engine issues so the replaced motor, which took 2 months Ron called me the day I was suppose to pick up the car to tell me the engine they just put in isn’t good. So I don’t know what they’re going to do from here.No loaner car no nothing. The worst service I have ever gotten from Inskip!

A Great exoerience

Just would like to thank Warwick Infinity and Rob the service writer for taking great care of our car. We were towed in after hitting debris in road. He was on spot with timing and the estimate and delivered satisfaction as promised! Highly Recommend
