I had two experiences with this dealership. I took my car to them for maintenance work and they finished three days later than promised. I also went there with my girlfriend so that she could look at their cars for purchase. They wasted so much of our time and made an offer on her trade-in. She called them back the next day to confirm the deal, and they went back on their offer and told her they would give her $2500 less for her trade in. Needless to say she refused and didn't go back to them. Neither one of us are going to go to Feldman Hyundai ever again.

I am sorry to hear that there were issues with your trade value, sometimes a "ball-park" figure on a vehicle is given until the vehicle history report comes back or vehicle inspection is completed. Sometimes there are things that are found on those two that will significantly reduce the value of a trade vehicle. I am sorry if our team did not do a good job of explaining the valuation process we make it a practice of being trasnparent with the customers when it comes to issues like this. After all it is you the customer who drives the transaction. We appreciate your feedback, this will help us to improve our process.

High pressure! No prices without a credit app!

Went to look at Hyundai vehicles, Terri our sales lady was extremely high pressure. She started off nice, but then kept badgering us to fill out a credit app before we were ready to purchase. The facility is small, so you can't just look at the cars in the lot, instead they go to the back of the lot and drive a car you want to look at to your location in the front of the building. It takes about ten minutes to bring a car around, a huge waste of time that I am sure adds a lot of psychological pressure to buy the vehicle. We just wanted to look at a few cars before making a decision, not spend two hours waiting to look at them and then explaining to her over and over that I don't want to buy the first car she shows us, and I don't want to fill out a credit app to get the price.

Best " Dealer Experience " in 40 YEARS !

I retired as President of "Consumers Homeowners Association " . Our members have bought hundreds of cars over the last 40 years and I have bought more than 20 for myself and our staff. Without a doubt ...we have never had better treatment than we experienced at Feldman Hyundai ! We would " expect " good treatment from the sales manager ...that's his job . I'm speaking of the fellas in the shop...the porter ...the service manager...the young man that helped us understand the space age radio and "Blue-Tooth " phone system ... the gals that answer the phone with a smile in their voice ! I teach " Marketing and consumers relations " . I couldn't teach these people A THING ! Oh yes ! We did purchase a car from Feldman ....and what a car ! The Veloster is proving to be PERFECT ! Not just " fun " to drive ...it was delivered without a flaw ( and I can be very " picky " ) My neabour and friend was the V.P. for U.S. Engineering and what a job Hyundai did on the Veloster ! From the 3 doors to the fabulous transmission .I like the " paddle shifters " and my wife likes " Automatic " . We are getting 35M.P.G. ( combined city / freeway ) and the car is a joy to drive ! Thank You Hyundai...Thanks to the team at Feldman , Jerry Amster ( HA ! You can "Google " me . I am NOT the drug smuggler. I'm the other Jerry A.! )

Hyundai Entourage Service

I have been servicing my 2007 Entourage at Feldman since they opened. The service is excellent. The technicians diagnosed and fixed several "unordinary" electronic problems that my formed dealership "missed" or did not repair correctly. Feldman's service, personnel, facility and prices are great. Feldman Hyundai IS and will remain my preferred dealership.

Great purchase, prompt service +

I reciently purchased 2 2012 Hyundai Elantras for our daughters. The experience was simple and a delight to consumate. One later needed a tire repair which was as simple as show up at Feldman Hyundai and repair. In about an hour I was back on the road. The car was cleaned to boot. The service writer Brandon Langefeld was courtious and complete.

Great Service

I recently went with my daughter to have her car serviced at Feldman Hyundai and I was very impressed. The dealership was clean and the repair well priced. I have been considering buying a Hyundai for a while now, and will consider Feldman when I go to buy my next car.

Great Job, Feldman

This is the first Hyundaidealership I have been to who gave me great service and a concrete answer to the cause of my vehicle's issues. Very nice facilities, and the staff was helpful and polite. I am also very grateful to the staff at Feldman for seeing me on such short notice. Will definitely be visiting this dealership in the future!
