Great experience

We had such a fantastic car buying event today! We have dealt with multiple dealerships in the past and Feldman delivered, specifically our charming salesman Ian Seaford, such a friendly, warm, and inviting experience the whole way through. While we were waiting for paperwork, Ian even put the Lion's game on for us in the comfy lounge. Very happy with how everything went and highly recommend this dealership. Super friendly!

Great Service From Advisor to Analysis.

Went to Feldman Hyundai for a repair (lost power to my passenger side window, door lock, side view mirror both the whole unit moving in and out plus the actual mirror adjustment. The customer service advisor was pleasant, courteous and professional. She wrote up my description of the problem and we talked about it and she was quite knowledgeable about the electrical system of the door panels. I waited in there very clean lounge area and was asked if I wanted any water to drink. There also was a seatbelt question I had in which I thought a previous dealer had not correctly reassembled it when it was repaired for a recall notice. I went back to that other dealer and questioned the twisted belt but they said it was fine and really couldn't be changed. The advisor came out an hour later and explained very clearly exactly what the problem was for the electrical problem, the cost for the fix and that a part had to be ordered with an approximate timing of the part delivery. In addition, the service department fixed (without charge) my seatbelt problem. They also took time to lift my window to a closed position as it was down about an inch went the electrical power went out. That made the car a lot quieter and kept out the rain. This is the kind of dealer that I thought went out of business decades ago. This is a business of excellence!

Great Customer Service

Yasmin was very helpful when it came to choosing the right car for me. The service was A-1 and I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Great Service During and After the Sale!

I worked with Graham Clark on the purchase of my 1st brand new vehicle. I knew what I wanted, but needed to go over all of the options available on what they had available in the previous model year. Graham gave me a great price on the car that I've always wanted - so much so that I didn't even bother negotiating! I opted to extend the bumper to bumper coverage, and the car was still in my price range. The Sales Manager Steven was super helpful, their follow-up was on point, they let me do an overnight test drive... these guys are great! (Shhh- I work client retention for a competing auto dealership... and I'd recommend these guys to anyone!)

Very Accomodating

Both the salesman and the Manager were very polite. Definitely eager to sell me a car, but not very pushy, like other salesman can be. Got exactly what I wanted, and I left feeling good about my purchase, not feeling like I just got "taken" or paid more than I should have.

WOW!!!!!!

Let me start by saying I am a Financial Center Manager so I understand what true customer service looks like.I set an appointment and visited Feldman Hyundai after work.I kept thinking this sure is a long way to be disappointed but to my surprise I was extremely impressed from the time that I walked in the door till the time the salesman stayed with me after close making sure I was all set.Graham Clark was my salesman.He was very knowledgeable and understood what exactly I was looking to achieve.Him and his sales manager went above and beyond to make my first Hyundai buying experience a pleasant one.Offering me coffee and staying engaged in conversation with me.I started laughing on the way home driving my new 2013 Turbo Veloster as I thought about how I was treated at the dealership I spent an hour with on my lunch looking at a Ford Focus my wife wanted me to see before I made the hour long trip to Feldman.Top notch service.I will return for the next vehicle I buy.

Customer service at sales level: EXTRORDINAIRE!!!

I had been looking for an automobile, when driving past Feldman Hyundai (on my way home from a doctors visit) I just happened to stop by.. In the showroom was a beautiful Elantra GT. I was approached by Yazmin Hampton. We talked for a while and in our conversation, I mentioned that my wile hated car shopping. Yazmin then suggested that I take the care to my home to show it to my wife. I was quite surprised that I was allowed to do this but extreamly happy. When my wife saw and drove the car, she fell in love with it and that was that. Yazmin and I (plus Steve Cohen) were able to work out an excellent deal that left us all happy. If and when I need another car, Feldman Hyundai will be on the top of my list. Thanks to all of the sales professionals that I dealt with.

Had a great experience at the dealership

The sales-person that helped me was excellent. He went above and beyond just selling a car. The day I purchased the vehicle was late in the evening. The Dealer was rushing to make the switch so I could take the new car home. I had grabbed everything out of my old car and put it into the new one. The Dealer was closing up as I left. Fifteen minutes down the road it dawned on me that my garage door opener was still in my old car. I called the salesman on his cell phone (he had said to call 24/7); and he returned to meet me at the Dealer to retrieve it.

They made it happen!

I did not think that I could get a car that I really wanted with my credit problems. I agreed to come in but was skeptical. A few hours later, thanks to my salesperson Doug Chitren, I left in a low miles near model Fiat 500 that I absolutely adore. I got a monthly payment and interest rate that is comfortable and am very pleased with the whole experience.
