The new 2025 Mini is the Mini you always wanted. Think of everyhing you don't like about your current Mini - and imagine it is transformed. It's not new - it's transformed. Brian at Mini Gburg does not sell cars, he just hangs out with you and evenutally you buy the car you want. The finance folk are nice and actually thoughtful instead of pressuring. I recently purchased a new car from Passport Mini of Montgomery County in Maryland, I had the pleasure of working with, what I would say an excellent salesperson, whose name is Edio Alarco. I actually went to service my old mini and was looking at the new inventory and Edio approached me to see if I had any questions, which I did. He went on to explain the new car function, before I knew it, we went for a test drive. I was sold after the test drive. He made the sales process smooth and fast and effortless. He really took care of me, was very professional and pleasant. After the purchase, he took time to show me how to work everything in my new car. The next day he called to make sure I had no questions. This was a most pleasant experience. Since i did not plan to purchase a new car, I did not have my title and second key on hand, Edio picked up my title and key from my home to save me a drive back to the dealership. This was splendid customer service. Thank you so much Edio Alarcon for making everything so easy.

This is our second Mini that we’ve leased from here. Danny has been a stellar salesman and while my Cooper S did take some time to get delivered across the Atlantic, once it left the port, I had the vehicle a few hours later. Danny provided us with nothing but the best experience from start to finish - and he has won two customers for life!

Mini of Montgomery is wonderful!! Staff are patient, helpful, and good listeners. They do not push in anyway, instead they offer you options. They were my first stop as I love minis, but I went down the street to other dealerships that were chaotic, pushy, and less than helpful. In fact, they were too lazy to even go outside and try to sell you on the charm of the car in person. It was an easy decision to go back and buy from Mini of Montgomery and I am sure I will return when it is time to buy my next one. Thank you so much Brian and Nick for helping me buy a lovely Mini!
