It is my absolute pleasure to write an outstanding review for Mini of Montgomery County. I worked with Romario Hernandez. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He was incredibly patient as he spent weeks answering all of my questions. Romario Hernandez was also very conscientious with great follow up. I appreciate his honesty and eagerness to help me find the right car for me. Actually, I have never worked with such an earnest salesperson before. Also, a special shout out for the manager, Nick. He was outstanding too. I am SO happy I purchased at Mini of MC! 5 stars across the board! Thank you!!

3rd Mini from this dealership. We drive 50 plus miles to get to because of the exceptional sales service! Our local dealer doesn't even call us back! Edio our salesman was knowledgeable and extremely professional. Have not had a bad experience at Mini of Montgomery. They made the process quick and easy!

I had a highly disappointing experience with the service

I had a highly disappointing experience with the service department at Mini of Montgomery. On October 5, 2024, I brought my MINI in for an alignment issue that had already caused uneven tire wear. I initially took the car to NTB, who was unable to adjust the alignment properly and advised me to take it to the dealership for correction. At Mini of Montgomery, my son met with Mr. Raul, who promised the alignment would be fixed. After the service, we received a message stating the repairs were completed. However, after reviewing the alignment report, it was clear that the camber had not only remained uncorrected but had worsened. The technician marked the job as complete without making the necessary adjustments or informing us that additional parts (like the control arm) needed replacing. To make matters worse, when we followed up with the service advisors, they confirmed that the car could not be properly aligned without replacing the control arm—which was never communicated to us beforehand. I need to take my car to another service provider for the third time to resolve this issue. I contacted the General Manager, Nicholas Kuhar, to request a refund for the incomplete service because I no longer trust the technician or the service provided. His response was to offer a free alignment after replacing the control arm. Still, given the poor communication and dishonesty I've experienced, I do not feel comfortable returning to this dealership. Based on this experience, I would not recommend the service department at Mini of Montgomery. They failed to fix the original issue and neglected to communicate essential information, causing me to waste more time and money.

We had an excellent experience with Mini of Montgomery

We had an excellent experience with Mini of Montgomery Country with Brian as our sales consultant. Brian was patient, helpful, friendly, and welcoming to our family. We ended up selecting a Blue 2025 Countryman and after determining a fair price on the car and our trade, the rest of the process was seamless. Luis was excellent in the F&I department. He was friendly, thorough, patient, and honest when we asked questions. Lastly, the parts department was very helpful ordering and delivering our parts for the new car. We had an excellent experience at the dealership. Make sure to say hi to Brian and Luis!

In our search for an electric Mini Cooper SE we had the pleasure of conversing with Brian Keener by phone on many occasions. To our delight his friendly British accent made us feel at home in Mini Cooperland. He was diligent in finding us just the right model and color. Awesome Buying Experience - Don't hesitate to get your Mini from Mini of Montgomery County. After a short break from the brand, I returned back and I bought my new Countryman 2025 - and I couldn't be happier. In today's world there are many options, skip the rest and buy from the best, this has not been more obvious. From the onset, the interaction was joyful, headache free, super professional and red-tape free. And -yes- I got my deal too! A shout out to Josh (sale), Kermit (manager) and Luis (finance) - and many other friendly faces at the dealership who I didn't get the name. You guys rock!!!!!!!
