MINI of Montgomery County dealership is an honest dealership who treats their customers right. I'm glad I purchased my MINI from this dealership back in 2017 as the ownership has ethics and cares about their past customers. I recommend this dealership.

Very attentive personnel.

My family's introduction to this dealership was initially

My family's introduction to this dealership was initially via email inquiry to their Service Department on a used Mini as a first vehicle for our teenage daughter. While the Mini was for sale at a different non-Mini dealership, the Service Advisor (Raul) responded to my email and questions on recommended repairs to the vehicle. Without this information, we potentially may have purchased a vehicle requiring more in critical/expensive repairs than the selling price of the vehicle. We were so impressed with the Service Advisor's assistance and concern for our daughter that we went to the dealership to personally meet and thank him. Raul was professional and well-versed on the required repairs as well as other repairs I had researched on my own. I have to say that after years of dealing with service departments of different vehicles we have owned (Chevrolet, Infinity, Ford, Acura, Harley, etc.), this was by far the nicest and most concerned Service Advisor we have ever met. We are still looking for the right used Mini and this would be the dealership we want to work with going forward. We also met one of the Customer Service Motoring Advisor's (Jimmy) and he answered all of our questions on various models/features on the Mini lineup. Again, another professional, friendly, no-pressure discussion which was beyond refreshing given our past experience with other dealerships and sales personnel. Kudos Mini of Montgomery County!

Typical Bait and Switch

Inquired about a 2022 Mini, with 13k miles, listed for under $25k. Initially received an email from a “virtual assistant”, telling me the car was still available. Moments later, a salesperson reached out, via email, to tell me the vehicle I was interested in was sold and he immediately attempted to offer me cars that were $10k higher. Two days later and the car I initially inquired about is still listed on cars.com and their website. I even emailed the salesperson today, telling him the vehicle should be removed if it’s no longer available… That was well over 12 hours ago. This is typical bait and switch and I will no longer consider doing business with this dealership.
