MINI of Montgomery County

Warning - do NOT purchase extended maintenance plan. Back in 2017, I paid $2,500 being shown a maintenance schedule marketing brochure, which I still have, that stated brakes would be done at least two times. I will be taking legal action as my warranty is about to expire and I have never had the brakes replaced! Got ripped off!

My experience with Montgomery County Mini was a Very Good One. My salesman was Very Helpful I’m answering all Wuestions about The 2018 Camaro SS. He has since the sale, been very helpful about answering several questions. I would recommend buying a car from this dealership

I went with my car to this dealer to do the corresponding service and try to fix a sticker that was starting to take off (my car is a JCW GP2 and has several original stickers because it is a special edition) the solution they gave me was to go to another place (other than mini) where they could give a protective layer to the paint and stickers (so far so good). The next day I realized that what was starting to take off..... now I had a BROKEN. The car didn't have it like that when it arrived at the service. Nobody told me that they made a mistake. I found it. Gentlemen, that is not done.

This was our third MINI that we bought from MINI of Montgomery. They really should be the best dealer in the region! Right from the beginning to told them that I dont have any time to come in and have long chats and wanted to do everything over email. Edio Alarcon made the process seamless from start to finish! He sent me photos of a couple of cars to chose from, and then clear, transparent numbers with no hidden fees like so many other dealers do. They even delivered the car at our home and picked up our trade in. This is why we keep coming back to this dealership! 5 stars all round!

This is my first time working with Mini and had a great experience with the team. Rod was very nice and informative on the car I was looking at.
