I live outside of Charleston SC and saw a great deal on a 2024 Mazda CX 90 3.3 S Premium Plus. I contacted Mazda of South Charlotte via the Internet and received a response within minutes from Stephanie. She referred me to Taylor. There were not any pictures of the vehicles interior online and Taylor said she would take some pictures and send them to me. She went above and beyond. Within an hour, she had an entire video personalized for me, completed highlighting the special features of the vehicle and a tour of the interior/exterior. This all took place on a Thursday. Saturday morning my wife and I drove to Charlotte to purchase the vehicle. Taylor was there first thing, as promised, with the vehicle ready for a test drive. She was extremely knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, and professional. She made the purchasing experience stress free. Within 2.5 hours, we had purchased the vehicle and were headed home to South Carolina. I would like to thank Mazda of South Charlotte for a great car buying experience.
