I have always been skeptical about dealerships. Bad...

I have always been skeptical about dealerships. Bad experiences, oil changes that never happened etc. Mazda of South Charlotte must be the real exception. There is just a drift about the service department that is all about competence and friendliness. They simply know what they are doing and go about it like pros. I purchase my CX5 at MOSC and I never felt pushed or you know the feeling!!! Maybe it’s in the hiring, management or a combo of both but it always feels right. Thanks Andrew, you and your service crew can not improve. An A plus is simply an A plus. Keep it up!!!!!!!

Fantastic!

This was by far the absolute best & easiest car buying experience I have ever had, and my new Mazda CX 9 is amazing too! If you’re looking for a new Mazda, please don’t waste your time with other dealerships. Mazda of South Charlotte should be your first & only choice! I traveled from NJ to get exactly what I wanted.

The Place To Be

People People if you are in need of a car new or used look no further. The customer service from Moe, Jessie and the gentleman in finance Dennis was superb to say the least. They are my new friends. They make you feel at home. No hassles just true down to earth place. I will recommend Mazda of South Charlotte with 1,000 stars. You all are AWESOME!!!!!!

Mazda of South Charlotte Maintenance Dept.

Went in for my first maintenance. Everything was a expected. The finish the maintenance in the time specified. The techs were friendly and answered any questions I had. It was actually a pleasent experience compaired to others

Mazda Service

Had my 15k service performed yesterday. Appointment was easy on line. Service technician accepted the competitor's coupon for an oil change which saved some money. Able to see the mechanics service the car from waiting room. Complete oil change, tire rotation and inspection within 30 minutes. Very efficient. Highly recommend.

Great Customer Service

Great Dealership. I stopped by to schedule some maintenance work and to take advantage of a complementary oil change and they said we can do it now and we will do a safety check on the car. I was in and out in about 1.5 hours and they also did my state car inspection. Saved me multiple trips.

First Service Experience

Just had my first service on my new Mazda CX-5! The process was so simple from scheduling to completion. We were told 45 minutes and the were true to their word. Great dealership!

Great service and location but high priced

Very Professional and prompt service. Location is spotless and comfortable to wait. Very pricey though. Luckily, they accept coupons from other local service facility. I was able find a local coupon on the internet and save almost 1/2.

Great dealership to purchase and service

Great dealership and very helpful. Moe is very easy to work with. Really made sure I came out with a very good deal. I loved working with Moe and would definitely do so in the future! Rest of the team were extremely accommodating and helpful. I can strongly recommend doing business with Mazda of South Charlotte. After my first service, 10/20/19, I can add that it was quick and efficient. Very happy with the service experience!!! Had a few service experiences since. I will definitely keep the 5-star review.

Professional service and very courteous!

We were having trouble with our Miata. I called and spoke to Joseph at Mazda of South Charlotte. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. I will use them again and I hope to use Joseph in the service department.
