Always a peasant experience!

Always a pleasant experience with all the staff. Sales to service, excellent!! Tim, Andrew, Ryan and the entire service team, Rob, Bobby & Moe all the sales team are exceptional!!

Got a good deal

The experience is usually very good

The last experience was stressful. They asked if I bought the car there instead of looking up my records. In addition they had misplaced my wheel lock key from the last tire rotation. They are usually better than this experience. Probably just over worked themselves. But I would still come back. Only reason for this average rating this time.

Best experience at any dealership

Mazda of South Charlotte has been awesome, from Sales to service to parts. I have never had a bad experience no matter what reason I had been there! The employees are always helpful, pleasant and very accommodating. I wouldn't lease/buy a Mazda anywhere else!

Mo is the Man!

Mo took a lot of time explaining the vehicle to me and he made the experience very pleasant. The test drive was fabulous and now I know exactly what every button is for, thanks to Mo. Great experience!
