I wouldn't normally put the four words "great car buying experience" together. Generally I hate the process of buying a car. But this time it was a great experience. My wife and I found a used car we were interested in online at Anderson Mazda. We went in and Nathan Brown took great care of us. He wasn't the least bit pushy. He was extremely friendly and he took genuine interest in us and our needs. He clearly explained all the benefits of buying from Anderson Mazda. He made the experience stress free. He even had the car we had driven to the lot with (which we were keeping) washed. We got a great car at a very good price. I'd go there again without thinking twice. I'm sure the other sales advisers are good but we really liked Nathan.

Great Customer Service and Honesty
My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle and like most people nowadays, we started by browsing online. We found several choices, two of which were at Anderson Mazda. We had our eyes on a particular car for about a month before we actually went and looked at it: a 2013 Dodge Avenger. We finally went on a Saturday afternoon to take a look at the car and Sales Advisor Craig Rupp met us in the lot. We asked him if the Avenger was still available and he took us over to it. He gave us some details about the car, told us about the up front pricing and the "no haggle policy", and then after looking through the car, he asked if we want to go for a drive. Of course my wife and I drove it. We came back to the dealership, discussed our budget, and filled out some preliminary paperwork. Craig then proceeded to tell us about Anderson Mazda's perks: 48 hour return policy, engine for life, 100 free car washes, free rock chip repair, and deductible reimbursement. We came back on President's Day to finalize the purchase. Which took some time. With a trade in, credit score checks, seeing which bank was giving the best interest rate that day, the President's Day Sale, and all the fun stuff which comes with buying a car, I suppose it's expected. During all this, we even found an extended warranty package that fit best for the car and our budget. And the rest is history. Craig and the staff that helped us at Anderson Mazda were all very friendly, honest, and helpful. I would recommend Anderson Mazda to anyone in the market for buying a car.

My wife and I had a very positive experience working with the staff at Anderson Mazda of Lincoln. We wanted a specific color and feature combination for our new car which was not available on the lot. Andrew and Robb, our sales associates found the car we desired in Iowa and saw to our needs. We have been very pleased with our purchase so far.

Brad Moul was outstanding in our recent purchase. Had the car available from another location. Process was simply, financing was helpful and infromative. Would recommend Brad and Anderson Ford to anyone.

Fantastic to work with. No pressure at all while we were there. Ended up being a two day process because we had a prior engagement and couldn't complete the deal in one afternoon. They were great with this and didn't try to get us to finish it then. We finished up a couple of days later. Won't go anywhere else.

I really enjoyed my experience at Anderson. It was a low pressure situation and Adam was very helpful especially when another dealership made a mistake in delivering my car. He did everything he could to make sure I wasn't inconvenienced. I respect the sales team and trusted them to be fair. I will recommend Anderson to friends in the future.

Fantastic experience
I was very pleased with my experience. I appreciated the upfront honest approach to the process and would recommend Anderson to friends and family. There was a miscommunication in the delivery of my car and Adam was very helpful and did everything he could to make sure I wasn't inconvenienced.

Great place to buy a car and great follow up after
Found the car I wanted and dealt with Ben Kaup. Ben was very easy to work with. Love their "this is the price" process. Car I wanted was a price I couldn't get elsewhere so it made it very easy for both Ben and I. Ben did a few things for me after the sale as well that were above and beyond what I have experienced at other dealers in the past. I had never dealt with Anderson before, but will definitely give them a look the next time I need a car.

Great, no pressure, car buying experience
I stopped by as I liked the newly designed Mazdas. Craig was very knowledgeable and could easily answer all my questions. The whole buying experience was very pleasant. No pressure was put on me and everyone I dealt with was very upfront, open and honest. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this dealership. One could tell they are focused on providing good customer service rather than having their focus be on trying to pressure someone to buy from them at the highest price possible. I checked everything out online and the price they offered for the trade in as well as the price of the new car were both within a very reasonable range.
