Love my new Mazda!

We leased a 2013 Mazda CX9 from Anderson Auto. Nate Seitz was the sales representative that we worked with at Anderson. Nate was very professional, informative, friendly, considerate and not at all pushy. The no hassle negotiation was a pleasant experience. All of the staff at Anderson that we interacted with were very helpful and friendly. We would recommend Anderson Auto to anyone looking for a new car. In fact, we did recommend them to our daughter who also leased a new Mazda. And, we LOVE our new Mazda CX9!!

At the risk of sounding sexist, a woman made an illegal...

At the risk of sounding sexist, a woman made an illegal left turn directly in front of me 8 miles west of Lincoln on Rt. 34 on June 23rd and totaled my beloved 2000 Rav4. Although this car had just over 191,000 miles on it, it purred like a kitten because I took very good care of it. Buying any new car can be a protracted and sometimes annoying experience. My car guru found a 2003 Rav4 with only 43,033 miles at Anderson Mazda on-line on July 5th. He then went to Anderson's to check it out and drove it to my place. He was accompanied by Erik Delaney of the sales staff. I (test) drove the three of us back to the dealership and Erik, sensing my unease and apprehension, went to remarkable lengths to calm my fevered brow. He patiently entered all the detailed info into his computer, figuratively holding my hand during the entire experience, and sought to find common ground in areas about which we could converse easily as he put me at greater ease. He revealed much about his own life's story, bragged about his 4 kids and their accomplishments, the challenges of being a single dad, our common association with First-Plymouth church, you name it. I felt I'd met a new best friend by the time he turned me over to the "finance guy," Darren Lytle - another soother of fevered brows, to be sure. Nonetheless, I was happy to return to Erik's desk to put the finishing touches on the deal before driving off the lot with my "new" car. Not only did I have a great automobile, Erik also apprised me of the several perks that came with my purchase as well (100 free washes, windshield repair, $500 deductible reimbursement, etc.). Erik turned what some experience as a very bumpy ride into a paved paradise. I recommend him with no reservations whatsoever.

Friendly people, great service, great car

We dealt with Nate Seitz--bought a used mazda and had a great experience. Nate was very friendly and hlepful--as were the entire staff. We liked the no hassle pricing. We are extremely happy with the car and the experience.

Great experience

Andrew made everything simple. Talked with mechanic with me, made special arrangements for our surprise giving Of the car to our daughter. Simple and easy car buying!

Good Job!

We looked at a gently used Escape on Friday night and then test drove and purchased it on Saturday morning. We are quite happy with our purchase and feel we were very well treated by everyone there. Our salesman, Nate Seitz, was honest, low pressure, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. We have used Anderson vehicles and service for the past twenty years and have always been pleased with our experience there. Andersons also strongly support the Lincoln Food Bank, a very worthy charity.

Great experience

This was my first experience buying a vehicle from Anderson. When I showed up, I had a particular used Jeep in mind that had caught my eye. Craig Rupp came out and greeted me nicely, without any pressure or awkwardness that I've experienced elsewhere in the past. He listened to my needs without interrupting and showed genuine interest in me. He also explaind how the pricing/trade-in program works. I really liked that. I've never been a fan of having to try to talk the price down or the trade-in up. From there the rest of the process was great - relaxed, no pressure, etc. There's a good chance I'll never buy a car from anyone other than Anderson again! Thank you!

Great Deal - and great experience

I would like to thank Nate and Jim for a very positive car buying experience at Anderson Mazda. I have driven a Mazda for many years and purchased my last one there 4 years ago and had a good experience so went back there again this time. I had even a better experience this time through Robb, Nate, and Jim - and would tell anyone interested in a new vehicle that they will be treated professionally and fairly at Anderson. I know when I am ready to make another purchase - that is where I will go.

Good Experience

My wife and I were looking for a larger vehicle other than a sedan. I had narrowed down a list to a couple vehicles and Anderson was a dealerships with one of the vehicles on the list. We first traveled out to the north location in Lincoln as the Anderson website said that's were all the models we were looking at were located. It turned out they had actually just moved all but one to the south side. So since my wife and I were there though, we decided to test drive the one model at that location. We were shown around by Ben Kaup, who was very helpful. After the test drive and having Anderson's sales model and available services explained to us by Ben, we decided we really like the car and went to the south location to see more models. At the south location we were helped by Erik Delaney. There found a model in the trim and color we wanted. A few days later I set-up a time with Erik and went back in with our trade-in vehicle. We came to an agreement and I ended up purchasing a 2014 Mazda CX-5. Afterward, Erik showed me around the service department and introduced me to some of the service team. I had a good purchasing experience and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Good buying experience

I worked with Nate Seitz on the purchase of my new Edge. It was very good experience, not the run around I got the last time I purchased a vehicle at a different dealership in town. Nate was very helpful and answered any questions I had and found the vehicle I wanted at a price I was happy with. He called me several days later to see if I had any questions and said to call him if I did. They are great people to work with.
