Buy 2019 Corolla from them took back 4 times say nothing wrong. Took Bert Allen Toyota they find in 45 minutes make long story short I trade in 3 month old car on new Camry Bert Allen the best never go Slidell again and I tell all my friends don’t go Slidell business manager don’t help and service

My experience today July 9 2019
I was extremely disappointed in the way I was treated in your dealership today with the handling of the Avalon I purchased from your salesman Gary I believed what he was saying to the point I purchased the vehicle I asked immediately about the order that caught my attention Gary explained the car had sat in the heat and just need airings out. Here it is July 9th we agreed on meeting because at his request it didn’t work the car was cleaned with a ozone 1 cleaner by Jason or his name maybe Shaun the Ordor was so strong it made have a headache only because I asked for a car to Saturday so mine could be cleared up to see if the smell had been resolved Mr Owens first said he would give me a Camery until my car would be cleaned he left out the office Gary came in a second time trying to explain the what had been done by this time he had said to many disrespectful statements he left out Mr Owens come back on the office with s totally different statement and told me giving me a car until mine would be ready would cause him mileage and sales by then after being there for 5 hours I was devastated and need to get to my job 2 and half hours away my issue is still not resolved and had to drive home in 95 degree heat with the windows down I am so out down

Outstanding new car sales experience
I recently purchased a 2019 Toyota RAV 4 from Toyota of Slidell. The first day I walked into the dealership I was fortunate to meet an outstanding sales representative, Jeremy Parker. I told him I was interested in the Toyota RAV 4 and two other SUV's from two other manufacturers. Jeremy showed me the specs for the different RAV 4 models and let me test drive the ones I wanted. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Not once did he pressure me to make a decision. He wished me well when I left to check out the other dealers I was interested in. I returned several days later and Jeremy was just as friendly and helpful. Again I test drove the RAV 4 I was interested in. We discussed and negotiated with no pressure from Jeremy or the Sales Manager, Ryan. We agreed on a deal and David from the finance department helped complete the financial arrangements. The entire process was outstanding from beginning to end. I was treated with respect at all stages of the process. Bottom line: Don't buy a new vehicle from any dealer in the Slidell area without first giving Jeremy Parker an opportunity to put you behind the wheel of a new Toyota vehicle.

Chris owen,the manager, will cause this company to lose a lot of business. Very rude and nonchalant. I will make sure my friends or family never buys from here again. Never been to a dealership that treats it's customers so poorly. Lied to my face and passively insulted me during negotiations. Anyone looking to buy a car don't go here. Go anywhere but here.

When deciding to buy a new vehicle, going back to Toyota of Slidell (for my third purchase) and dealing with Mandy Myers and Ryan Denmark was a given. All the stress is removed and total satisfaction is the result. Car buying can be a pleasant experience when conducting business with this dealership.

Mandy Meyers was great to work with, although she had another client when we arrived. she placed us with Troy Green, another salesman who was patient and courteous throughout our purchase. New TrucK Purchase
This is the 4th vehicle I purchased from Toyota of Slidell. I normally always deal with Gary Thonn, who is always great! This time was no exception, however, when I went in to complete the paperwork, he had to be gone, and so they sent me to Mandy, and let me tell you, phenomenal person, sales woman, and overall great experience! Easy purchase
I have purchased many vehicles in the past but Toyota of Slidell is hands down the best place to buy a new vehicle. Very professional. Our sales agent Troy was very noligable and helpful.
