Purchased a 2010 F150 on April 10, 2020. Door lock on drivers door would not lock. Service dept. put new door lock actuater in on May 12, 2020. Keys will lock but NOT unlock door. Think GOD for key fobs. HAD OTHER ISSUES AS WELL. WORST service dept. and dealer ive EVER delt with WILL NOT return for service or purchase.

Unbelievavble experience!
I had the best car buying experience I have ever had! I was shopping for a new "used" car and Basic had a Hybrid Fusion listed. I live 80 miles away but I was in the area for work and stopped to look. The salesman Stan was very helpful and let me drive and examine the car without any pressure. I was still not sure if a Hybrid was for me, so...The sales Manager Kevin told me to take home for a day or two and make a decision, he said if I wasn't for me, no commitment! How could I refuse that offer? I drove it home 80 miles, the next day I decided I wanted it. I called Kevin and let him know, he gave me an excellent offer for my trade and he advised he would have everything ready for me to finalize the paperwork. I returned to the dealer and everything was ready and done! I was there about 35 mins to complete the transaction. It was no fuss and no surprises! A great deal too!

Greatest Experience!
I got a great deal at Basic Auto Sales! I was treated fairly and drove off with a great car! This was the last lot in a long line for the day. It was by far the best! Jake Mullican and Kevin Hues were top notch!

Nice and helping sales man Brately
Brately was very helpful he took care of everything and was very understanding. General manager was bit strict and doesn't listen to anything extra you say. Not really impressed by general manager but salesman are very nice.

Great Experience buying my Nissan Frontier
Buying a vehicle can be a daunting task that takes time and being that it is not done everyday, even the best and brightest can struggle with the process and have buyers remorse after the sale because of the manner in which one is treated during the process. I just had a very positive experience with the purchase of an almost new 2019 Nissan Frontier that I had Basic Auto Sales search and find for me with my exact specifications on color and features. I shared the way I wanted to buy and Basic Auto Sales followed through on every requirement that I had and things went smoothly. I personally dread the paperwork component that I know is part of the sale so I set expectations up front that I wanted the paperwork to be prepared before I walked into the door to make the purchase final. I was literally out the door in less than 30 minutes and was clearly explained everything that I needed to know. That is unheard of at any car dealership. I realize that this is not the style of every buyer but it was part of my requirement and they followed through to a tee. I have zero buyers remorse, an awesome vehicle and would encourage folks to reach out to Basic Auto Sales for your next used vehicle. Just set your expectations up front and I believe that you will also have a quality experience.
