Great experience!

Sean was excellent. And the service video was very informative. The service was perfect. Sean let me use a loaner car while my new tires were indtalled. I’ll be back!

Great service, hold the pressure

Sean walked through all of the repairs with a no pressure attitude focusing on the problem reported and some other important issues noted in the visual inspection. The service tech provided a video walkthrough of the issues and a visual inspection. Sean kept me up to date on the progress via text. The service was complete and delivered as expected.

Above & Beyond

Vinny Corsi has gone above & beyond for me! He remembered me telling him how much I wanted the Sidewalk Edition of the Mini Cooper, and when one unexpectedly became available he gave me a call and the rest is history as they say! I love, love, love my car! And I really loved working with Vinny! He was a pleasure to do business with. No high pressure tactics, just wanted me to be happy with my purchase. And the best part is, days after I got my car he is still available & answering any questions I have about it. The process was painless from start to finish, and was done in a few hours. Vinny even picked me up from the car rental place (my need for a new car was immediate - I had totaled my previous car). I thought I was going to have to wait 3 weeks for a new mini to come in - can describe how thrilled I was when I not only drove off in a new mini on the last day of my paid for rental, but it was the exact car I had longed for! I also left with a new pair of red mini socks from Nick & a mini pen from Charles, lol. Thank you Mini of Warwick. Looking forward to having you take care of my car for many years to come.

Best service around!

Excellent service! Won’t bring my Mini anywhere else. Did all my repairs through a 3rd company claim center. Sean handled everything for me from time of drop of to time of pick up, keeping my informed every step of the way.

Recent Check Engine light on 2017 Mini Clubman

Service advisor and team was friendly. Frustrated with computer programming requirements of costing so much when nothing was actually wrong that was affecting performance or safety. Additionally, after my cars computer was updated, tire pressure readings were 15 psi max difference between front and rear. Even with computer re-calibrated. Maybe that’s accurate but technicians just finished inspecting my tires. Still would come back because of Advisors openness of my check engine light at 18k miles for an over fueling issue only.

Unreal pleasant and successful

It is really hard to believe just how pleasant this experience was. Dona was just so normal ! No pushing, easy, smooth, knowledgeable! Accommodating! As was their financial lady. I don’t understand, we got in, test drove the car and drove out within few hours. We could not be happier with the car! And they recommended really good restaurant!

The joy of buying my car from Mini of Warwick

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. A wonderful experience. Vini was esp wonderful. He brought my car into the show room, and I thought it was a new model. I was drooling over it .When I found out it was my car, I couldn’t believe it. I was soooo happy

Mini Warwick

Brought my mini clubman in for routine serve. I got a convenient loaner car. The next day I received a video from the mechanic reviewing what the car needed and my concerns. Great communication. When the car was ready I received a text with the work invoice and was able to pay on line. Sean is great to work with and explains everything.
