A Very Positive Experience

A very positive experience. Staff was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Donna, our salesperson, made us feel comfortable from the beginning with no pressure at all. Tim, the Finance Manager, clearly explained all the details of the purchase so there were no surprises. We traveled almost two hours to buy the car, and we're glad we did.

Above and beyond customer service. We needed a tire urgently and Dan and the team were absolutely legendary getting us back on the road. Kindness, promptness and excellent service and communication.

Getting back into a Mini!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! The Mini of Warwick staff was so easy to work with. They really listened to my needs and helped me get back into a Mini. I worked with Donna and she was AMAZING. She helped to get the best trade-in for my previous vehicle (which was beyond a fair price) and didn't try to get me to add anything that wouldn't work for my budget. She was transparent, straight forward, and you can tell she really enjoys helping people get the most that they can. I'm not the best when it comes to numbers and Chaz did such a good job explaining all of my financial options and gave me a very detailed breakdown so I knew exactly what I was paying for. Lastly, Joey helped me get my new mini paired with my cell and showed me all of the new features that I didn't have in my previous Mini five years ago. I haven't needed any sort of services yet on my new one, but because I took my previous Mini there I know they do a great job on that end as well. I am so happy to finally be back in a Mini, it's been a long 5 years.

Repairs on my 2014 Mini Cooper clubman

Other than oil changes which I have done locally the service at Inskip Mini Cooper is always astounding. I always trust these guys to do terrific Servicing on my Cooper.

MINICOOPER COUNTRYMAN S

Fantastic!! Honestly I was blown away by the AMAZING service.. From customer service to the mechanic.. Begining to end you can tell they work as a team..The coolest thing was that the mechanic did a video of my cars problems to which I could visually see it.. That hands down was genius.. And the topper/bonus was they washed and vacuumed out my car..All I can say to the future people is this, your search just ended only to begin a positive experience.. Thank you to the team..
