⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Donna Keane. If you are considering a BMW or MINI, do yourself a favor and ask for Donna. She is exactly the kind of person you hope to work with when making a major purchase, and I would recommend her to absolutely everyone I know. My husband and I were shopping for two vehicles at the same time (a 2026 BMW X3 and a 2026 MINI Cooper S Convertible), and Donna made what could have been an overwhelming process genuinely enjoyable from beginning to end. We visited multiple times, drove different vehicles on different days, compared trim levels, colors, interiors, features, wheels, tires, and seemingly every little detail imaginable. Not once did Donna make us feel rushed or pressured. She was patient, incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely interested in helping us figure out what we wanted rather than simply trying to sell us what was sitting on the lot. And we were picky! 😂 When the exact MINI we wanted wasn't available right away, Donna didn't just tell us to settle for something else. She kept looking and worked to find the right vehicle for us. She helped us navigate all the little details that mattered: trim levels and options, colors, power seats, wheels, all-season tires, incentives, financing, trade-ins, and everything in between. She answered every question and made the entire process feel easy. Donna is also incredibly kind and personable. She is approachable, easy to talk to, and has a way of immediately making you feel comfortable. Buying a car can sometimes feel stressful or intimidating, but we never felt that way with her. We actually looked forward to seeing her! The delivery day was just as impressive. We were purchasing two vehicles at the same time, yet everything was organized and ready when we arrived. The cars were prepared, the paperwork and finance process went smoothly, and somehow we were able to purchase and take delivery of both vehicles and be out the door in less than two hours. It was flawless. We drove away in the BMW X3 and MINI Cooper Convertible that were exactly right for us, and we couldn't be happier. What impressed me most is that Donna didn't disappear once we decided to buy. She helped us through every phase of the experience: shopping, test drives, comparing vehicles, finding the right configurations, working through pricing and incentives, coordinating the final details, and delivery. She was there from beginning to end. Some people are good at selling cars; others are simply exceptional at taking care of people. Donna is both. I honestly feel like I want to hug her every time I see her because she's been so wonderful to us. 😂❤️ She made this such a fun and memorable experience for my husband and me.
