i stopped in and shopped around been going every week to see new vehicles. i found a toyota 4 runner. took it for a drive and had my mechanic look it over. everything looked good. went back and worked out a deal and did financing threw them and also got the extended warranty. real easy people to deal with.

was looking for a jeep wrangler and they had 4 to pick from. test drove 2 of them and really liked both. i decided on one and been driving it for 3 months now and everything is great. Will be back when i need another vehicle.

You know the saying ‘you can’t trust a used car person, they’re just snakes in the grass’. Well it’s not true of all places. I had great experiences with three vehicles. However, when it comes to J & R Auto Sales they take the cake. The words honest, truthful, and fair are not in their vocabulary. Sure if everything is fine everyone is happy but if you find a problem they are Snakes in the Grass. They are ruthless and very unfair. They live for the dollar- just get the money and screw the customers if anything faulty is found. They sold me a car knowing the heater didn’t work and hoped I wouldn’t know for a couple months. It’s a 1700 fix and they wouldn’t even meet me halfway with the expense. Don’t bother shopping at this business. They are very nasty.

Customer service was fine, vehicle...not as much. When we test drove we found the muffler wasn't attached to the exhaust and there was no rear wiper blade. The remedied both of those upon purchase. After purchasing and letting it sit overnight discovered the oil pan was completely rusted and seeping oil. Took it into a mechanic and the power steering line is also rusted through and needs replaced. Almost $1000 in additional repairs, who knows what else might need work at this point.

Super friendly ,very helpful, and not pushy. Made financing understandable and easy.Overall great experience. I'm extremely happy with my purchase! Thank you J & R for all your help with my new ride!

Nice selection of vehicles for not that bad of a price, wanted a vehicle and were quick to get me help, buying process was comfortable and smooth and stress free.

Easy to talk to staff. Efficient and knowledgeable. I talked to John for a trade in and he was willing to work with me to help me get the car I wanted.

A lot of reviews of this place I have found are pretty negative. However, I found they are nice and willing to help in whatever way they can. I was helped by John and his cute little big man Buster. They let me take my 2018 Kia Soul for a pre-purchase inspection and is in almost perfect working order

Quick and courteous, answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable with the jeep that we purchased and with the financing options we had. Would highly recommend.

stopped in to J&R Auto and walked there lot and they had such a selection of cars to look at. drove several vehicles and ended up with a subaru forester. never had a subaru before so i will see how it works out. everyone was real easy to deal with and no pressure to buy on the spot. and pat searched for the best interest rates. thank you everyone for helping me out.
