Tom was able to get my payment requirements to where I needed them to be….just had to dig a little and I appreciate that, as this was my FIRST car buying experience!

I stopped in to look at some different cars to see how well I fit. The two salesman were friendly and very helpful. Let me look at multiple vehicles until I found the right one for me. They stayed late and took all my information so that way they could run my application in the morning for me The next day at noon I came in and got the car and did all the paperwork. I’m very satisfied with how everything went in my overall experience with this dealership.

My experience with J and R was okay. The first day I went out there I was rushed to finish my test drive well ahead of closing time. The second day I came out I found a car that I wanted to purchase but was above my price range. So I decided to negotiate and one associate was very stubborn and did not want to negotiate, but I was finally able to agree with a price with another associate. I am very happy that I was able to find a car that I liked and was able to negotiate a fair price.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FORM HERE unless you like overpriced vehicles and being treated like crap! Would never recommend anyone to buy a car from here. If I could go back in time I would. Vehicle was $1,000 overpriced if it was in KBB excellent condition value which it wasn’t. A salesperson raised his voice at us when we attempted to negotiate price. They wouldn’t negotiate at all for paying cash all upfront. Thought it was a nice car but 2 weeks later it started shuttering while driving it. Won’t show a check engine light. Could be a transmission problem, engine problem, or multiple issues. They wouldn’t do a return of any kind (we would have considered paying a fee). We asked when the last time the oil had been changed. They said, “If it looks clean we don’t do anything with it.” They also told us they would let us know when the title came in to pick it up. Three weeks later no call so we had to contact them. They told us that when we came to pick up the title we could bring in the car to have their shop check it out. We asked if Saturday would work because we live out of town. They said no Saturdays. Asked if someone else could pick up title. They said yes, just sign for it, but didn’t request any additional info as far as who would pick it up. When we asked more questions on what the person picking up needs to know he yelled, “YOUR BOYFIREND ALREADY CALLED HERE! IT’S A PIECE OF PAPER THAT YOU SIGN!” The entire experience buying a car and dealing with the workers has been terrible. They are condescending and rude people. Either they don’t check the vehicle thoroughly, or they knew it had problems the whole time. If you waste your life on them, they’ll set you back thousands of dollars. Remember, there are plenty of places you can go to instead. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Our salesperson Matt was so helpful while we were choosing a car. There was a lot of inventory in our budget and they were all priced well.

This was a very pleasant, pressure free experience. Great prices and very friendly staff. Quick hassle-free financing. We will definitely recommend to our family and friends.
