Best NJ Internet Sales
After deciding upon the exact model and accessories we wanted in a 2015 Forester, I contacted more than half a dozen dealerships simply to get their best competitive price quote. Sharon Coppola, Paul Miller's internet sales manager, was by far the best. She worked late nights to provide a fast turn around on the quote, provided the full list of additional fees necessary to determine the 'out the door' price, and never played any old fashioned salesperson games. Straight up and honest in all of our dealings. The Paul Miller price quote was the least expensive of any NJ dealership, beating some by almost $1500!

Top notch dealership
After a horrible experience at Morristown Subaru, I went to Paul Miller and had the opposite experience. I got an excellent deal without any games and the salesman, Nelson, was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this dealer.

Not Knowledgable about Extended Warrenty
I went in for an oil change .this guy Wayne says "ok We'll start with That" I could tell from his tone that I was in for a problem...Ten minutes in ,he comes out with a laundry list of things I need..Brakes,Air Filter,Cabin Filter,Belts and and the the Topper--a Broken Strut..I say "wow,is anything on this 1700+ bill covered by my extended warrenty . He says no,so not having that cash on hand I opt for just the oil change. I go home and cancel my trip to Massachussetts cause I didnt feel safe taking my grandkids in my car. I research and find out that in fact the struts are covered. So I make an appointmeny For Friday,I get a loaner expecting the car to be ready ,NOT , Wasnt done till the following Tuesday. I go get my car Wayne says how was your trip....I say I didnt go because I couldnt afford to get my strut fixed Because "someone" told me it wasnt covered, No apology or anything, so i say to him,"when I screw up I apologize", so he begrudgingly apologizes....I would think that people who work for you would know what is covered and what is not..... I am done with Paul Miller Subaru and probably all Subaru Products.I am not happy,you guys are just like every other dealership,your job is to separate me from my money

Impreza purchase
Nothing but positive to say about the dealership and our salesperson, Ryan Murphy. After a disappointing experience at a Suburu dealership much closer to home, we visited Paul Miller. Ryan took us through the purchase of a new Impreza smoothly and pleasantly. He was informative, relaxed, professional and patient as we made several trips to the dealership and took many test rides of the Impreza and a CrossTrek before deciding on the Impreza. Highly recommend Paul Miller Suburu and Ryan.

Great experience overall. The salesman (Nelson Fonticoba) was very professional and he went out of his way to help my son with the car. He ensured a smooth transition to stick shift with several lessons. This guy is golden!!
