The entire staff at Bob Moore Infiniti is very friendly and courteous. From the service department to the the sales staff I have been impressed with the quality of their work. I have bought two Infiniti's from Bob Moore in the past few months and it has been a pleasurable, hasslefree experience.

Great Experience
I was dreading looking for a new car. I never enjoy the process. Infinit changed my mine. My husband started with you online to look for a JX35. They were very helpful and had great follow up. Megan was our sales person and was very friendly, helpful, and made the process go well. I appreciated her attention to detail and her sincerity. She was good about staying in contact with us.It did take a little longer than I had hoped to get the deal finished, but Megan helped to speed up the process and take care of us where she could. I appreciated her honesty when letting me know where we stood on getting our car. I also liked that she remembered things about our kids to make them feel comfortable when we had to bring them with us-happy kids = happy parents. I will definitely recommend you to anyone I know looking for an Infiniti.

Bought a vehicle on June 19th 2012. It had hail damage so after agreeing on a price and agreeing on what would be fixed, I was told that I would have my vehicle in 7-10 days. After 21 days of no information and no phone calls I decided to speak to the manager. Week after week went by that I kept being told that it would only be a few more days. 6 weeks went by and finally when my car was repaired and I came by to pick it up, I noticed that it had not been fully repaired as I had been promised. Brought it back and after another week plus some days (August 8th) and some ignored phone calls I finally had my car back, but still not fully repaired. Tired of dealing with the people here and even though I never had the job completed and I still haven't gotten compensation for my wait, my patience and the unfinished work, which I was promised by the Gm himself, I plan on just getting what I need elsewhere and never returning to Bob Moore Infiniti. I have sent letters to the Better Business Bureau and to Infinti USA so that they are aware of the bad practices and the bad experience I was put through so that other customers don't have to deal with this.
