Tracy and Anne were easy to work with and made my purchase a smooth and simple transaction. Mr Vervack was very thorough in going over the car with me as there were many features to figure out how to use. Overall an A+

Excellent customer service! LB, Ron did everything they could to make sure I was 100% satisfied, and I sure was! Would definitely recommend another buyer to come here. I would come back to get another Infiniti from this dealership too.

We were extremely pleased with our buying experince at Bob Moore. The best experience we've had with a car pruchase. From the first "hello" everything went very well. We have told everyone we've talked to how pleased we were and how easy it was working with the dealership...the salesperson, sales mamanger and fincancing!

LB and Ann were very helpful. Overall it was a good...

LB and Ann were very helpful. Overall it was a good experience. They went out of their way to accommodate us. The only thing is they said they would take $1000 off the internet price and come back with the internet price as the discount. So they ended up taking off $500 off the internet price instead of $1000. Other than that everything was good.

Excellent service with the entire sales department We were greated by LB on arrival and shown the cars many features without feeling of being rushed and then shown to Chris in finance and was treated very fair going above and beyond for our comfort, then Ron shown us everything possible on the suv when we purchased leaving no questions

Craig was really informed about the new Infinity JX35, and went over the features in great detail. He had contacted me several times about the arrival of the JX with pictures of all the colors available, which was very helpful. Craig was very kind and helpful and not "pushy". Bob Moore was very professional in every aspect of the the sale. Our finance professional was very helpful and took the time to explain all the available options on extended warranties. Craig quickly met out needs with the right car for my daughter. Through a light hearted comment to see if he could find the right car I was looking for, he quickly thought through your inventory and matched me up with a car he thought I would like. He listened well and was right on. I love my new to me 2007 G35S. Good experience at your dealership.

My salesman, Dave Dougrey, did an excellent job from the first phone call. He assisted me in my desision making process with comprehensive product info and test drives in the Infinity QX56. I was also looking at the AudiQ7 and Porsche Cayenne and with Dave's help, was able to make the best purchase based on my needs. Dave was patient, knowledgeable, and very professional. When it came down to pricing and evaluating my trade, I felt that the price on the Infinity was very competitive and I was able to get what I needed out of my trade. Shawn, the Sales Manager was helpful here as well. When we did have a misunderstanding in the final trade numbers, it was handled in a very professional manner by all those involved in my deal at Bob Moore Infinity. Ron Vervack handled the paperwork and orientation with my new QX and did so in an exemplary manner. He took all the time I needed and has, along with Dave, followed back on numerous occasions already. The whole buyer experience at Bob Moore Infinity has been an excellent one and I'll have no problem recommending this dealership to other buyers. Thanks
