Our Expediton was towed to your service after hours on Saturday June 10 due to tread separation from a rear tire which also tripped the impact fuel shutoff switch. We were driving home to Texas from Estes Park, therefore it was necessary to stay in hotel for 2 nights until service opened Monday morning. Service rep Matt waited on me upon entry at 7am, understood our urgency and immediately got work assigned. Your facility is exceptional and all personnel friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the work was done slower than expected under the circumstances as installation of 5 new tires was completed at about 11am.

Online appointment did not work
I was very disappointed that the online appointment I made was not in the system at the dealer, even after I received confirmations and a reminder. It also told me I missed by appointment the next day. Fortunately I was not in any hurry, and was able to leave the car the entire day just for an oil change. The work seemed to be done well, and the vehicle was returned clean and ready to go.

Generally I'm a Lincoln Service Customer
Having a Lincoln MKX I generally use them for service. However this week I was in a hurry so chose to try the Quick Lane at the Ford dealership for an oil change. The service advisor, Jose, was excellent. However I was surprised to hear it would take about an hour and a half. Thankfully it was only an hour.

QUALITY
Bill was very attentive, listened to specifics I was looking for in a car, patient with all of our questions. Gave me a fair price for my trade-in. After purchasing the vehicle Bill went over all of the bells and whistles of my beautiful car making sure I was comfortable with them. I originally went up to motor city to check variety of all dealers. However, I had my eye out for a MKC since I first set them on one. Bill explained finance options, which one would be a good fit for me. He followed us through every step of the way making this process a smooth transition for me. So KOODOS to BILL.

Desperately seeking a SUV
I had driven a rental SUV back from California after some weeks of searching web sites, visiting numerous dealerships, I ventured out to motor city in hopes of finding the one. I had looked at and test drove many SUV'S leading up to this point always returning to the sleek, clean look and a overall feeling of safety when I was in one of the Lincoln MKC. Fortune struck when we met Bill up in motor city I quickly went over my wants, as he listened attentively, and boom he had everything from the color to interior color, that I was requesting. He went over warranty info., which was one of the factors he provided all the answers I needed. The buying process went smoothly from my fair trade in amount to different options of financing geared toward your customer and not the company. Bill's commitment to customer service was outstanding as he guided and instructed me "how to use all the bells and whistles". My car was detailed, and a full tank of gas. I am pleased that I had such a painless process Thanks Bill My brother was impressed with him and now is looking for a vehicle, I'm sure Bill will come through.
