My Flex

Everything was great the only thing I was not happy with is the car was not clean inside like is should of been. I took it in for its oil change and they give recommendation of things that need to be done. These things should have done to it before I bought it.

Work on my Ford Fiesta

The service department was very professional and gave me good service. I gave them four stars on everything . It would have been five stars if they had phoned me or emailed me more often to keep me in the loop.

Love my car service left a lot to be desired

Buying process was typical but was told misinformation when called to clarify with the title clerk she was rude. Was not happy that they would treat someone who bought a car from them a month ago with so little service.

Phil Long Lincoln is fantastic!

Misrepresented Inspection Results

I was told the vehicle I was purchasing completely passed all inspection points without exception. WRONG. Vehicle needed rear axle seals redone and power steering pump. Less than 200 miles and I put in another $1,000. Salesman agrees that he indicated inspection totally clear, company will not back him up. DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealer.

I have always taking my beloved Escape to Phil Long Ford Motor City. They get the job done! I purchased the vehicle from the Chapel Hills Location.

Service

I bought my 2010 Ford F-150 hd in august of 2016 since then I have had a reoccurring issue. I have taken my vehicle in about to be 7 times for the same issue and it still isn't resolved. Also when the shop does there free inspection they only do one side of the vehicle. Had a brake issue that they told me I was within standard but my truck took forever to stop and when I check I found out that my brake pad was gone and it was digging in the rotor. After replacing this myself I don't trust the service section to do their job.
