DaVaughn was amazing and took care of my issues.

DaVaughn was amazing and took care of my issues. I would still say stay away from Derek. Carlos was also amaing!!!! I will now only being working with them, if I have any issues.

Mr. Scott Hall and Christian Carter are horrible people , they have no respect for customers. scott recommends trial and error, he doesn't know what he is about. he doesn't qualify to be a service manager to be honest. very rude guy. when you are not satisfied as a customer he tells you to get the ''xxxx out of here'' it's such a shame to deal with such a horrible manager.

Derek the Sales manager is disrespectful and ignorant.

Derek the Sales manager is disrespectful and ignorant. To call a customer and yell at them because you marked the vehicle at the wrong price. Honestly, I would not recommend them for anything, not a car purchase or a service. They lie about services you need. They put the ceramic coating on before cleaning it and do the coating over big guts and don’t even wash it first. Tonya in parts said I typed up a paper for a free cup for the inconvenience, cuz that’s ok. NOT! Like ma’am no, and how it was on your letterhead. You should be fired for speaking to customers and your fellow employees the way you do. They push you from one person to the next. They don’t care if you are a valued customer of that location for 18 plus years. They want your money and to lie about this needing fixed. DON’T WALK, BUT PLEASE RUN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They are unfair on trade ins. Told my aunt she needed breaks and she didn’t. Not to mention there is now a deep scratch on the bumper I can’t prove happened either. But I walk around my car daily and it was not there when I dropped it off and it’s a brand new 2025 CRV.

Jay was friendly, relaxed, funny, and knowledgeable. I appreciated his patience and commitment to making sure I was informed and given the time I needed to choose the right car and financing for my family. The whole Sales and Finance team at Scott Clark Honda provided a relaxed, no-pressure environment. The selection and pricing can’t be beat!
