Scott Clark Honda provided better pricing and communication than my local Honda dealer. Traveled 180 miles and was greeted by Jarel, he had all the documentation ready and vehicle prepped. Easy, no hassle transaction even with the trade in.

I would like to leave a review I had a oil change as well

I would like to leave a review I had a oil change as well as a Wash and a vacuum service. Pulled in which it took almost 4 hours to get my car back when I receive my card back I had a big gash on the side of the car and requested a manager he came out and showed me a video that the gas was not there tried to convince me that it was before I pulled in and if I send it wasn't so we went back and forth then had me so distraught that I knew that my car was not scratched before I came in. So I left didn't realize that my car parking pass was no longer in my car everything that was in my car was moved and tucked away and don't know what happened to it have reached out to the company and have not received any call back from management. I advised the manager Chris that I will be escalating this because I'm going to call my insurance and my lawyer and see where we need to go about getting this fix. I also are missing my parking permit pad that was in the corner left side of the driver side couldn't miss it because it was like just sitting on there and I no longer have that permit I've called left messages no one called me back no one has to try to reach back out to me and I am f****** pissed off and I just recommend no one to use this location I've been a Honda user since I was 17 years old so I probably will continue to drive my Honda hopefully I can get a jag and leave Honda alone. This is not a great location I don't recommend it for anyone to come here service was really bad Long wait time they overbook over pack and have you waiting for hours every time you go it's always something is needed more and I think just customer service just wasn't giving for me. So if I had a chance to do it all over again I would not have purchased my Honda from Honda Clark off of Independence this is the worst location ever that I will recommend. In the future you guys try to go to Concord I Gastonia I don't know but the one on Independence is not the one.

Jay at Scott Clark Honda was outstanding! 100% knew the cars, personable and most importantly was no-nonsense. Car buying can be stressful but Jay was patient and understanding. A+ experience!

To begin, I was in the mark to purchase a new generation

To begin, I was in the mark to purchase a new generation Civic Type R. I saw Scott Clark Honda had a used one for sale and they had advertised clean title, no accidents, "one owner". Vehicle looks great! I show up to the dealer after talking with Vilson in sales over the phone. We go over the vehicle, again being told clean title, no accidents, "one owner". I test drove the vehicle and loved it. We go inside to talk numbers, the out the door comes out to a number im comfortable with and then I fill out the credit app. Prior to submission of the credit app I asked twice "You will only run my credit once, correct?" to which both Vilson and the Sales manager Derek Azzarello assure me that yes, it will only be ran once. Time goes by and they come back and tell me I would need a co-signer because I couldn't be approved alone. My father co-signs with me on the vehicle and we get approved. Great, right? Vilson brings out the printed CarFax report and right before signing on the deal I read over the report knowing what it should be. To my surprise the report read "3 previous owners" Not even 5 minutes later I was out of the store. Later that week I find out that my credit was also ran 3 times and my father's credit 4 times. This is not the first time my family's credit has been ran multiple times by a Scott Clark dealer. It appalls me that a dealership could be so deceitful and shady. In conclusion, Vilson was super kind and seemed very genuine about the unfortunate circumstances that occurred but the sales departments tactics seemed very shady. Scott Clark dealerships will never get any of my business for as long as I breathe.
