Horrible service. I had to wait 3 hours for a brake bulb to be replaced. No one came by to give me updates, and no one to the time to explain my options for future repairs. I will be looking elsewhere to get my car serviced.

Everyone was super friendly, helpful.i went to hall Honda previously and had a different type of feeling/ experience there.scott Clark sent me texts directly from my service manager, offered more recommendations than I initially needed done on my vehicle, even fixed minor body damage,were very courteous and my wait wasn't long.only thing I wish they had were vending machines.there's nothing / nowhere to eat or drink while waiting.i highly recommend Scott Clark, otherwise.
