I've not had great luck with customer service dealing with cars lately, but that changed when I stopped by Lawrence KIA. The people there were so friendly and really seemed to care about getting me into a car that I loved and could afford. I actually had FUN buying a car! I left with a great car and the feeling that I had been taken care of. I can't thank them enough!

Vida Morgan is an awesome person. She gave me the confidence to walk back into a car deal when everyone said No ! She got me in the door and I was greeted with another awesome person Malcom Goods who took me by the hands and before I knew it I was driving a brand new car and my xxx was gone! Yeah!

Went in shopping for a vehicle over a few days. I dealt with Terry Gift and Ron Zahornik. Great sales experience. NONE of the "car salesman" attitude I dread. Test drove several cars. While with Ron on a drive my 4y.o. Started having a meltdown. He was really great trying to help me solve her meltdown. Prices were the lowest around for the cars we were looking at.

My husband was allowed to sign a contract for a 2013 Kia when he was accompanied by a relative who knew he had dementia. The managers at Kia are being uncooperative. A sale is a sale even if it was transaction using fraud!
