I got an amazing trade in value for my used car, and the financing I got was much better than I expected. Sean helped me fill out financing paperwork and made sure I completely understood everything I was signing.

My wife called to schedule a safety recall and asked if there were any others. She was told no it would take 30-60 minutes. After checking my car in they said there was 5 total recalls to do that would take 4-5 hours. 8 1/2 hours later they call to tell me it's ready. I went to pick it up and they told me they didn't do all 5 because they had to order a part and I would have to come back.

They understood my situation and did everything possible to ensure a positive outcome. I have a unique driving situation, and they were familiar with the best approach.
