For a couple of months I've been looking for a black Lexus with black interior, reasonably priced, with low mileage. After exploring the internet profusely, I came across the perfect vehicle. Black on Black 2017 Lexus ES 350.....Beautiful with only 22,000 miles. I was determined to make this vehicle mine. I had a substantial amount for down payment because I really didn't want a car payment. My intent was to have it paid off in a few months. When I contacted the dealership, I spoke to Dimitri. very pleasant I might add. Most of the transaction took place via phone because I was out of State. I ended up flying into Maryland with intent on driving back. It ended up being an all cash transaction with a few hiccups along the way. I was shy a few thousand but they allowed me to take the car with the promise of me sending back the remainder and once they receive the balance they would send me the title. Thanks again guys for trusting me to do the right thing. Oh, and thanks for the bottle of wine!!

I negotiated the price online since I live far from the dealership. Nick the sales man was very responsive and easy to deal with. When the price was agreed, i scheduled a test drive and the car was detailed waiting for me. The car exceeded my expectations and buying process was smooth and quick. I will be buying from them again.

If you're looking for a used luxury vehicle, this is the place to go. I brought a beautiful Lexus at a great price, there was no need to negotiate because the price was cheaper than the other competitors. The car was clean inside and out and drove like new, they DON'T sell auction vehicles. The guys at LF Auto are very nice and professional, I will be keeping LF Autos in my directory for future purchases.

Remember the days when you could do business on a handshake? If I could only tell you that the experience I recently had with LF Autos took me back to such a time and a handshake wasn’t even possible. I purchased my Audi Allroad from LF over the phone, sight unseen after being guaranteed it was in excellent condition. It is beautiful and everything they said it would be! And guess what? I had a problem and they backed their 3000 mile guarantee. Now tell me where are you going to get service like that from a used car lot? In the words of another customer “LF for life!”

I purchased a used Lexus RX450h a month ago at LF Autos. I had a very pleasant buying experience, and the car comes with a temporary warranty. After purchase, I took the car to a Lexus dealer for the 80,000 mile service. The dealer indicated that the rotors were corroded and rusty and should be replaced, which would have been very expensive for all four. Even though the brakes had passed Maryland inspection when I purchased the car, I went back to LF and asked them if they would replace them for me if I paid for parts. I thought this was a fair compromise and they agreed without an argument after looking at the rotors. My total cost was one quarter of what the Lexus dealer would have charged. I greatly appreciated the service and that they stood behind their warranty. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from LF Autos (and I may do so in the future).

Could not wish for better when purchased my vehicle. Good price, great quality used vehicle and extremely polite and knowledgeable guys made transaction very pleasant.

I just bought me a 2010 Ford xtl.from them last week...the first day I noticed a noise coming from the front....took it back and Nick heard the noise ...sometimes loud..he told me to bring it in the next day which I did....took a week to get the part but I got it back and it runs great....also had one other small problem and they took care of that to....Nick and damitrie seem very professional....and takes care of their customers.......I highly recommend them....their good guys......Rick Sloat.....
